On our way up the Cabot Trail we stopped off here for a night. The motel is dated, but completely clean and adequate. Beds were ok--nothing special--but about what you'd expect from a small town motel.

On an island exploration of fall colours and seaside living we came across this lovely family owned motel. It is clean, dated and uncomplicated with a touch of seaside charm. The owners were very helpful. It is a good spot to hang your hat for the night. Not a motel to hang around in. We were hiking and exploring Cape...

The motel is right on the Cabot Trail in Cheticamp across from the harbour. It was quiet and clean. We had to air out the room a bit as it had just been cleaned and the cleaning smell was strong but then it was fine. It is very convenient within walking distance of many of the restaurants and sights of...

A basic but good place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff were helpful. Got good advice on where to go for dinner. The coffee in the office was nice first thing in the morning. I would recommend this motel for anyone who is okay with basic but clean rooms.

When we checked out, we asked Ron to point the way to the hooked rug museum. We said our goodbyes and headed to the museum. About an hour later, we decided to grab a bite at the...

Overlooking the harbour in Cheticamp,NS,this motel is a welcome sight for weary travelers. We have stayed here for years and never been disappointed. Amenities are simple but are good value for money.

My son and I stayed here for two nights while touring the Cabot Trail. The room and property is very clean and comfortable. The location is close to all services incl. whale watching tours, restaurants, liquor store etc. Nice deck to relax and watch the tourists role by. The a/c is frigid which is a great bonus for us. The...

Arrived at the Acadian Motel soaked from a rain filled day of motorcycle travel. Did not want to venture back out in the storm on the motos to get dinner so asked about taxi service. Instead of a taxi the owner of the motel drove us out to the Doryman Tavern and then came out in the storm again to...

Travelled the Cabit Trail, decided to stay the night in Cheticamp. Picked Acadian motel. Easy check inn and the room was clean and lots of space with all the amenities. Will stay again . Its close to the national park.
