We had to change our plans and were delayed in arriving. Parker was very understanding and accommodating. He even upgraded us to the Draper Room, which was very beautiful. It is a beautiful house and so tastefully decorated. We wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed 2 nights in the Matthews room which is the entire top floor. The photos don't do it justice. The suite is huge. There is a beautiful sleigh bed, a sitting area with a sofa, a couple of chairs, an office area with desk, a cute little alcove with a comfy chair and window overlooking the water, an area...

Didn't book, simply turned up at the place not knowing what to expect. Until we got to the town we hadn't a clue where we were staying or whether we were staying in Louisbourg. From the moment we arrived and I spoke with Parker (owner?) we were glad we did. The rooms are big, spacious and beautifully furnished. We were...

As the name suggests, this is a heritage house. Our room on the second floor was spacious and well maintained. There are also good sized balconies upon which to stretch out if you're there at the right time of year. At first, reception might seem a bit confusing. The proprietor, Parker, is based out of another B&B that he owns,...

An absolute luxurious B & B, the room was very large and the 4 poster bed very very comfortable and yes Blankets not dooners. The bathroom was very spacious and the water pressure is to be seen to be believed. Breakfast is superb and well presented. We had the whole house to ourselves for the two day stay and it...

Our room in the attic of the Louisbourg Heritage House was magnificent. It had a nice big bed and a huge amount of space to sit and relax in. It also had a balcony to use if the weather suited (it didn't) and a large bathroom (with a bath and shower too). A fridge allows you to store any food...

This B & B has a long and interesting history. The house was a former rectory for the Anglican church behind it on the hill. It resides within a block of the two best restaurants in Louisbourg and from the balcony we had full view of the harbor and across the bay, the Fortress. Our 3rd floor suite for 2...

This is a wonderful heritage B&B. We have stayed here a few times in different rooms and each has been unique and comfortable. The Logan Room is our favorite because it has an outside entrance as well as inside. Parker, the owner, is a delight, especially to share a laugh with, and the breakfasts, and the staff who serve them,...

This is a first class B & B. From the time I signed in and met Parker to the time I checked out, everything was perfect. The room was large, extremely clean, and comfortable. The "light breakfast" was superb. One day they served eggs benedict, another fruit popovers loaded with fresh peaches, strawberries, and blueberries. On top of that were...
