Loved this B&B. First class food, rooms, hospitality, attention to detail. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Bill and Anne Marie are super friendly and informative re: hiking in the area - which I enjoy when traveling. The hike I did was 2 hrs return and called Delap's Cove. Stunning hike down to a waterfall along the coast of...

Beautiful home with an intriguing history linked to our wonderful hosts. Bill and Ann Marie made our stay one of our best Nova Scotia memories. Only negative is that they got us addicted to the carrot cake preserves :-)

This is a wonderful restoration. One of the best places we have stayed. Location, accommodations and breakfast were outstanding. We highly recommend this B & B to those planning to visit this area. the view is not bad either.

In all honesty, I couldn't say a bad word about this B&B. My 7 year old daughter and I stayed at A Seafaring Maiden for 6 nights and it was really a special place to stay. The owners Bill and Anne Marie were really warm and welcoming and even modified their breakfast menu a touch to accommodate my daughter's not...

We spent four nights at the Seafaring Maiden, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is terrific, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts are amazing, and our host and hostess were friendly, gracious and helpful. We would recommend it very highly to others, and would definitely stay there again.

Very warm welcome from Bill in this charming house; my son and I stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is nicely decorated in turn of the century (19th to 20th) style. Breakfasts were really good. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with appreciated en-suite bathrooms and good beds for a good rest. The location is great,...

My husband and I just spent a night at A Seafaring Maiden and really loved it. We stayed in "the Bessie" which has a really comfortable king sized bed, beautiful furnishings, a sitting area and lovely views of the river and Annapolis Royal thru the wavy glass windows. Our private bath was across the hallway which I thought at first...

As good as the photos of A Seafaring Maiden look, the in-person experience is even better. The rooms are clean, cozy and beautifully decorated with unobstructed views of the river and Annapolis Royal. The common rooms are charmingly decorated with V&A period touches that show some of the home's history without sacrificing comfort. The nook at the top of the...

We were given a gift from a family member that included a one night stay at A Seafaring Maiden. My brother arranged for us the Abigail room and he also surprised us with a bottle of wine! We stayed one night, May 17th and we loved our stay. Our host Bill met us at the front door and made sure...

Lovely place with friendly hosts, comfortable rooms and an amazing breakfast. When booking your room you may want to request a room with an on suite bathroom. Friendly suggestions include providing a more comfortable place within our room to sit and removing the creepy lamps with doll faces on them. We would stay here again any time. PS. Try the...
