We stayed at nine different places on our trip to NS and PEI, and this was by far the worst. We arrived late so weren't able to enjoy any of the amenities other reviewers mentioned. Our first impression of the property was poor; the exterior was in bad repair and it almost looked like an abandoned house. The inside was...

I have stayed here before. Jamie and Monica are great hosts. They pay special attention to breakfast and couldn't believe how white all the bedding was!! Host Jamie took us on a special tour of the town. The views from the golf course were amazing. The Ottawa House and beach area was something to see once the tide was going...

James the owner of the place along with his wife go out of their way to run this place. His wife was not there while we stayed but we hear her opera on the music playing inside and it was very relaxing. Breakfast is at one table where you have your name at your station. I must say the breakfast...

Beautiful home, excellent hosts and the most delicious breakfast. What more could anyone ask for? We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of August and we're honestly sad to leave. Monica and Jamie made us feel like we were staying with friends. I would highly recommend staying here. Debbie

My friend and I stayed in the suite with a queen and twin plus our own bathroom with tub and shower. We were the only visitors. Beautiful quilts adorn the beds. The other three rooms share a bathroom. All rooms are upstairs (18 steps). There is a nice porch with a table and chairs off the open area upstairs. There...

At first sight it was apparent that a bit of TLC was needed - outside and in so we were a little disappointed. But once we were in the room it was clean, comfortable and welcoming. No TV or coffee maker in the room - we were not bothered about the TV but coffee would have been good. Made up...

I'll break my review down into the positives and "negatives". Positives: - In town location convenient to everything (walkable) - Very friendly and nice host. - Hearty and filling breakfast - Beautiful house, lot's of wood work details and charm - Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable bed - Strong wifi - Plenty of reading material. There were a few books...

We stayed there June 22...it was ok for last minute...the host was very nice but we found the bed slightly uncomfortable...it's an older B&B but also noticed a musty smell...it is however quite unique..and full of character ..but for sure on our holidays we would give it the lowest rating...

Spent 2 nights here Dec 25th and 26th for our honeymoon! We had the place to ourselves since it was over the holidays. Our room was perfect and had the comfiest bed! I would stay here again in a second.
