This B&B is an old home with elegant furnishings. We had a very comfortable rest and the breakfast was really good The owner is friendly and helpful. Both the house itself and the area are beautiful and historically fascinating.

Parrsboro was a good place for us to stop, but we weren't expecting such a delightful place to stay. The Maple Inn has an interesting history and is well located within walking distance of most things of interest in town. There is parking on both sides of the inn so that you will be near your room. Tea is served... More

What a find! It was our first time staying in a B&B and I was little concerned because I prefer business style high level hotels. All my doubts are gone now... The hosts, who are originally from Vienna, made our stay so comfortable and memorable. We stayed at the Empire Suite elaborately decorated in imperial Vienna style. I have been... More

It is indeed a beautiful inn. The breakfast was great and the rooms were like stepping back in time, with all the amenities. The staff were very friendly. We stayed in the Empire Suite. I would highly recommend.

Please be aware that if you do not stay here, you still have to pay a fee. Do not make a reservation here unless you are sure that you really are visiting Parrsboro. I have a sudden family emergency which requited cancellation and gave them six days notice, I found I owe them money although I never set foot in... More

We stayed in the Buttercup Room (2 single beds). Outstanding quality linens on the bed, lovely decor, window seat looking out front of building. The private bath is just a few steps down the hall rather than in the room itself. This is not an inconvenience from my point of view.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was better than normal with an Austrian twist. I loved the spicy bacon. Inside the place is very clean with lots of reading places and books. Coffee and tea are there for the taking along with cookies and squares. The staff are very friendly and the woman running the place does a great... More

My husband is not a fan of B&Bs at all and generally dislikes being around other people. We were travelling with our 14-year old daughter and had the Tower Suite (2 bedrooms at the top of the gracious house) all to ourselves. We needed someplace close as we were kayaking the next day and this location, and Parrsboro, were a... More

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely place and could have stayed forever !!!! We had the Empire Suite with a large bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. The decoration was unique with great austrian antiques. The king size bed was very comfortable, the bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and multitude of plush towels to die for . The hostess was... The Maple Inn is one of very few places to stay in the region so I expected an "average" experience thinking that the Inn had a captive audience. This was a wonderful surprise as the proprietors exceed expectations in room quality, breakfast offering and overall service. The facility is immaculate with a comfortable downstairs lounge area and a sweet little... More
