Pleasantly surprised at how large and clean the room was for the price. Right on the highway, but almost no noise as the road is very empty at night. A great spot on the river looking across to Minnesota. I was able to go fishing right across the street from my room. A tackle shop and restaurant are next door....

The biggest and best part of our stay is my puppy was allowed to stay no questions ask Loved the location and price however I wish the wifi reached to the back side of the motel we had extra towels brought to us before we even got out of the truck great and friendly service if we ever go back...

We arrived on a Monday to a speedy check-in to a recently renovated room - which meant the bathroom had been redone but the rest of the room had its 1970's dark wood chic furnishings. The hotel is located on a main throughway in Fort Frances yet at night, the hotel is quiet with the only noises coming in the...

The congenial host had one unit which was very affordable Clean with kitchenette which greatly economized our stay over-and-above the attractive rental rate. Fell in love with the waterfront exposure and beach-front walkways. For a town that is suffering mightily from a major industrial shut-down, the people are great.

After a long days drive from Winnipeg I was ready for a quiet spot to lay my head. I had nearly passed through Fort Frances when there, opposite the river was the Bayview. The friendly woman at the desk quickly checked me in and a few minutes later I was relaxing in the nice warm room on a very comfy...

This is a small joint and you can't beat the view (across the street) from the Rainy River. Beautiful walking path along the river. Close to beer and eats. Very affordable, definitely not 5-star spa destination but... It is what it is...cheap, convenient, cleanish.

We stayed at the Bayview Motel for one night and it's situated in a beautiful location by Rainy Lake but unfortunately we didn't get a room with a view of the lake. It's clean and affordable but could use some updates.

We arrived late in the afternoon without reservations. There was only one room left - a single , smoking. We needed two beds, non-smoking. The smoke was bearable and we were given a cot. The room was therefore small for our needs but although dated it was very well maintained. It caters to a lot of fishers and boaters. The...

It was terrible. We had a large group and most people slept in their cars. I went to sleep one night in the beds their and there was a bug climbing up my pillow. We renamed the hotel "The Fleabag Inn"

This motel is well situated with a Can-Op store and tackel shop and Harbourage Cafe just next door. It is across from the water and walking paths. It is simple, clean and affordable. It was the perfect place to stay the night before we went into the Quetico.
