We have always wanted to stay in this inn and on the end of our perfect vacation in Quebec we were able to stay here and we loved it. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. The views of the lake, the terrace, wonderful swimming pool, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the dock made for a perfect day. Beautifully furnished rooms...

Two couples, one night, with golf, dinner and breakfast. Superb food, fine service, comfortable room. Staff friendly without being obsequious. Kayaks were all in use, or not enough. Would like to come back and just relax there. Golf at Duffner Heights is an adventure in rise and fall. Had a cart, but would have preferred a sherpa.

Thank you for this review. We are keeping a note that you would suggest more kayaks. Looking forward to welcoming you again! Why not during the fabulous fall colors on the lake or the quiet relaxing winter scenery?

First impressions of this property were beyond what we were expecting from the internet images. A beautiful drive in, a sublime setting, well appointed interiors and what a view - it had all the makings of a truly great hotel and a wonderful stay. But then we encountered the staff. I have never encountered anything quite like this - a...

We appreciate that you took the time to write your comments about the beautiful settings and high quality of the hotel. The summer having been extremely busy this year, we had to hire more staff at the last minute, that could not quite go through the extensive training program we would have hoped for. We regret any inconvenience that this...

Although Ripplecove is a nice hotel, it's not worth the money. The location by the lake is nice; it has a spa right in the hotel; nice pool; a hot tub; etc. But for the starting price of $279 a night, you would expect a lot more. The rooms need to be updated, particularly the bathrooms. The beds are hard...

We are happy that you find the hotel and the surroundings to your liking. The view of the lake is so impressive! Being in a very high season of the year, the price of the room is slightly higher than usual. We take your comments about your expectations of our staff seriously since keeping a 5 star classification is a...

While upscale in a more recognizably "American-style" than the very British country house feel of nearby Hovey Manor, Ripplecove is decidedly comparable, and more affordable. The vibe is more relaxed because service is understated (even lacking: (you have to chase after an absentee bartender to be served on the grounds, calls for room service are answered somewhat brusquely, turn-down service...

We were very excited about this hotel when we arrived; it's beautiful. The lakeside location was great, and we were in a room with a pocket door that divided it in two so each snored could sleep on her own side and get a good night's sleep. Little, did,we know, that the divider meant that there would only be air conditioning on...

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to write your comments. Unfortunately, this season has been very very busy and we had a few challenges in adapting to it in the dining room. Measures to correct have already been taken. Most cordially,

We loved the location and the peacefulness of the lake. Enjoyed the pool and sitting in the comfortable chairs along the lake. Dinner however was a huge disappointment and very overpriced. We left hungry! And our waitress was very rude and seemed resentful to be working there. She never smiled and had a very bad attitude. Next time we will...

This gorgeous resort hotel sits right on the edge of the lake (Lake Massawippi), nestled in some trees and with sloping lawns and gorgeous flower gardens. Our upstairs room in the main building (there is also an annex, overlooking the lake on the other side) looked over the front parking lot (we were not lucky enough to get lake-view rooms),...

This place is great, the view from they outside table is nice. The food is fresh and the menu is offering a nice variety . The restaurant also offers a nice Wine list. The service is great and the place is clean. Getting there is a nice drive. Right on Massawippi lake. Will go back.
