we went to stay at the Canalta initially but within 20 minutes there we realized what a disaster that place was. My fiancé and I and our kids loved the pool here, the billiard room was hosting a pool tournament when we were there. It was so great to watch. The restaurant opened while we were there this weekend, The...

The Heritage Melfort is the new name now! But it was a great stay, kids played in the pool, there was a pool tournament at the same time in the billiard room, everyone was so friendly. The guy upfront was so super friendly. His wife was down for a visit and she was painting and helping with their renovations it...

We went to check in and asked for a playpen for our infant. The man checking us in didn't speak much English and didn't know what a playpen was, the second guy sitting sloppily in the office tried explaining it to the first one and then said they didn't have one and asked us where to buy one. We said...

Hello, I am very sorry for your experience. We are currently under renovations in a lot of rooms which is why they were unavailable. Our thermostats are programmed to maintain a certain temperature across the hotel as some rooms are very cold and some are hot. The hotel is now under new management and like all businesses we are trying...

Very poor customer service, advertised with free breakfast and this was not an option. The pool was not cleared to use, no discount for this or alternative option = unhappy children, no wonder there were only 5 cars in the car park!

I found the entire hotel to be dark, from the lobby to the hallways, to the rooms themselves. When I got to my room, it smelled damp and musty. The decor was dated. A bedspread that looked like it belonged at grandma's house and linoleum that was from days gone by as well. threw open the window to air it...

I travel throughout the province for work and stay at a variety of places. Although I have only been here three times within the past year, I have yet to have a bad stay at the hotel side of things... The rooms, though slightly used are still comfortable, beds, not too worn in, towels not too worn out. Always get...

We, our hockey team from southeastern Sk., stayed at this Hotel in January of 2016. All other hotels were booked up, so we stayed here. The price was right. As advertised on the web-site, "2 Double Beds Room" was to be $80.00/night. When we checked they ran our card through at $90.00/night. The web-site also advertises a continental breakfast, but...

My family and I stayed here with the hockey team. Was better then what I was expecting. Reviews I read were a bit scary. Room was good. Did hear other parents say something about a mouse trap. Price good $90.00 for a 2 bed room and $80.00 for a 1 bed room. Says there is suppose to be a free...

Very poor service, housekeeping was not very good - room not made up, didn't replace coffee, cups, glasses. Hot tub was hot but the jets didn't work. When we went to front desk in the evening to get coffee for the morning, there was no one to be found(10:00 pm)
