Let me begin by saying that Casa Tres Leones was more beautiful in person than I imagined.....breathtaking is the word that comes to mind. From the open terrace where each morning we were served a hot delicious breakfast, we could sit and look at Lake Chapala and a gorgeous mountain view. In fact, it seemed each way we turned was...

A beautiful home with amazing gardens an inviting pool and great views of Lake Chapala and Ajijic from the patio. Breakfast was served every morning on the outdoor patio by Emile and it was very good. Nights were very quite with the occasional thunderstorm. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans in San Juan...

I spent a week end at this hotel and the overall experience has been a very good one. The owner initially was not too forthcoming, for example to my request for a late check-out, but then he himself offered it, so that was kind of him. This is a B&B with a soul and character, the kind I like; the...

Sorry for the miss-understanding. Having stayed in the cheapest room, of course you'll have the smallest fridge. Breakfast is always available on Sunday, at the reduced rate for guests as published on our website

Sorry we are belatedly writing the review, we had a death in the family, shortly after our return. We vsited for 3 weeks in Feb/March. It is a beautiful house and lush garden estate, truly de-luxe. Emile and Alix are gracious hosts, breakfast on the terrace was a daily delight. The uphill site, while away from all the town hubbub,...

Very nice property, nice breakfasts ,a bit hilly location if not use to walking a lot or of a older age group. The owners should never talk about their guests in a negative way with other guests very unprofessional. As well continually the owner talked about her 2nd job that was not very interesting for us tourists, it was always...

Oh well....when will I ever learn. After enjoying our hospitality for 2 months, and accepting a free upgrade to their room, with copious use of our facilities inlcluding the periodic free meals offered, they chose to write such a review without a word to us during their long stay. It takes all kinds I guess. I hope they will find a...

We stayed at this gorgeous B and B for a month and we felt it was like our home; didn't want to leave! The property is quite magnificent with all the facilities anyone could ask for. Alix and Emile were wonderful hosts and could not do enough for us. Lovely cooked breakfasts were served every morning on the terrace overlooking...

I loved just about anything at this gem of a B&B. The location....far enough away from any noisy interferences from the town center...but an easy stroll to the center and the lake promenade! The breakfast was outstanding....every morning a different egg dish, always a variety of freh tropical fruit, granola, breads, joghurt and more. A special thank you to Emile and...

II am almost two months late writing this due to the lack of a computer. Finally I get to tell everyone how nice this inn is. We visited for two days once we arrived in Mexico and before we moved to our rental. Two days was far too short a time. The place is lovely with stunning views of the...

Hola! Casa Tres Leones is advertised as a "Luxury Bed & Breakfast" and this is no exaggeration.   The grounds are lush, flowering, fragrant, meticulously clean and well trimmed.  The birds are melodious. The starry nights are daunting from the Mirador Suite rooftop. Breakfasts are delicious.  The service is high quality, reliable and swift.  The views of lake and mountains are...

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks at Casa tres Leone. Alix and Emile were so welcoming and accommodating. The B & B itself is a lovely place to relax after our days of exploring. Would highly recommend this B & B for anyone who enjoys beautiful surroundings and beautiful views.
