Check to see if you are in the Riviera Maya section or Mayan Beach section. It should say the name of the section you booked right after Grand Sirenis in your booking info. Look online for Grand Sirenis resort maps and request a choice of a block or two (they have names of each block on the resort map. Riviera section is the 1000’s the Mayan beach is the 2000’s. Ask your travel agent to send a request or send an email to the resort. I called them directly. I believe there are several room types in each resort. The 1900 block is mostly for members (time share or vacation club members). We stayed in Muuyal block which is 1800. Good luck!
