If your primary need in a hotel is the ability to take photos in cute settings then this is for you. If you would like to have a comfortable or useable bedroom then this is not the place to stay. For $85+ a night the room is tiny, enough space for only 1 bed side table with 6 inches to spare between the bed and wall to get into bed. The table is covered in nicknacks so there is no where to put your actual stuff, same with the bathroom counter. The shower is terrible, the rooms are loud and dusty (old dust on ceiling fan). WiFi barely works. On our 3 nights there 1 breakfast took over an hour, 1 was very nice and on New Years Day when you pay a much higher price we were told that there was only one breakfast dish available. We moved 100ft up the road to a better hotel for less than half the price. Would not recommend this hotel.…
I loved this place! Very beautiful boutique hotel with a nice ambiance. The inner garden and the rooftop were great places to relax. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. It was for us a perfect place to discover the city centre, Chichen Itza ruins and the cenotes.
Special tropical oasis centrally located in vibrant Valladolid. Close to cathedral and fabulous restaurants. Helpful, kind staff. Attentive and always at the ready. Definitely try the carrot cake! Highly recommended.
The hotel location is very good, you can reach everything easily by foot. Also it is very beautiful! The garden, bar and pool area are stunning. The breakfast is fine, also there is free water in the room and a safe. The staff is great and really kind. The reason for only 3 points is that the room is extremely humid, very loud and worst of all the water pressure in the shower is so poor it's impossible to wash your hair.
Beautiful place. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Big surprise was the food and bar were terrific. I have never said this about a hotel before, but it is well deserved. I had the Chile Relleno and also Pescado a la Chaya. From the bar, I recommend Rosa Celestun, yum and a Passion fruit Margarita (not on the menu) yum again.
