I loved it ! Helpful and smiling staff ! Small pools on the rooftop if you want to get some sun. We drank beers up there without having any trouble! View on the cathedral. Larger pool in the center of the hotel. Perfect location, near the cenote Zaci and the main square. The rooms are clean and spacious. Same for...

For a mid-priced hotel, you get a lot of bang for your buck here. The central courtyard with the swimming pool is a lovely area. There's also a nice rooftop patio with a pretty view of the cathedral. The rooms are plenty spacious, the breakfast is quite decent, and the location is perfect. You're a 2-block walk from the central...

Family members have stayed in this hotel before, so we knew what we were getting when we reserved 2 rooms over the holidays. The hotel is an old colonial building with all the traditional architecture. The rooms - and the hotel in general - are small, but functional. The roof top area has been recently renovated and it is a...

Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, but here is a breakdown of the pro's and con's... Pros: Location in town ( close enough to the main square to but not too close as to hear the noise) Great location on the peninsula ( good home base for cenote/ ruins day trips) Affordable Nice staff Pretty building, nice courtyard...

A great value place, an easy walk from ADO; 2 blocks to the plaza principal and close to Candelaria. Typical spanish colonial building with 20+ rooms arranged around a most welcome, but small pool. Yes, it can get noisy, but that's in the nature of the place. Great rooftop chillout area where you can also take breakfast. Helpful staff, esp....

Staff spoke minimal english, but were polite and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to the square and to the bus station. Beautiful interior courtyard with a pool. I can imagine if you get a room next to the road it can be noisy and people talking in the courtyard can be disturbing. Maybe don't nudge your husband...

Nice terrace upstairs, good location close to the centre. Strong wifi & aircon and helpful staff. Let down by towels and sheets that are like sandpaper and in dire need of replacement. Overall it is recommended

Well located, central. Private parking, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the sheets were old, with holes and looked they had had a long life. So was the mattress. Old but clean. We had a room on the ground floor, next to the swimming pool. It was noisy at night until 2am. To sum up,...

It looked great. Clean, spacious room. A bit more expensive than we were used to paying but first impressions were good. The main problem with this place is that all the rooms look onto the swimming pool which is has a bad echo and the staff don't ask people to be quiet after 10pm. Definitely need ear plugs!
