Stayed 4 nights and was satisfied with most aspects of my stay. Room was nice size and with a good bathroom. Pleasant atmosphere decent bed, calm nights, good temperature indoors, fine breakfast with plenty to choose from. Need a little paint here and there and some small repairs to make it perfect. But still a very nice hotel.

TBH parking was very restricted because of work to the existing car park but we were assured there will be ample parking once work is completed. The hotel has been recently refurbished and to a very good standard. The staff were welcoming and efficient. There is a pleasant and well stocked bar. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean and...

I travel to Dunstable a lot for work and I have stayed in the OPL many times before. I booked a room about 3-4 weeks before my arrival as usual but at 16:00 that day I received a phone call to say, my booking was cancelled. I was given no explination and not offered a room anywhere else. I ended...

Excellent meal very good value for money attentive service nice atmosphere. It was a very worthwhile visit for a Sunday lunch with friends who were impressed by both the surroundings and meal quality and portions were just right not too much of little.

My PA booked this place as it is very close to a new client's offices and would have made a perfect base. The room charge was £120+ for a double, which was steep for the area but worth it if it was comfortable. However, the room was dated, in need of a bit of TLC and the cleanliness left a...

A great place to meet with clients, warm and friendly greeting, very comfortable lounge area. Excellent food in both the restaurant and bar. Can certainly recommend the breakfast, a really good way to start the day.

Pot luck with rooms as they all seem different , last stay was a large bedroom room with a bath the size of a midget , but clean and tidy . Dinner service was very slow this time , how hard is it to get a warmed bread roll before your main arrive ? Food when arrived was OK though...

Stayed here for a single night courtesy of my companies hotel booking service. Arrived there after being stuck in a massive traffic jam that bought Dunstable to a standstill. Careful hint one, the temporary hotel car park is not very well signposted. Check in was friendly and efficient, though I wasn't welcomed at all, considering a member of staff was...

We were at this hotel from 14th to 16th February. I loved table service breakfast although it is a bit expensive. We had a few lunches and bar meals in the evenings and all were excellent. The room was fine, the bed huge an extremely comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. All the staff we encountered were helpful...
