Great service from all members of staff. The long haired gentleman and the barman, Francis, provided an exceptional standard of service throughout our meal. I would highly recommend both the fish and chips and roast beef on a Sunday. Plentiful and high quality portions. Not to mention the incredible onion rings. A must visit, especially with the hotel's iconic history.

Popped in for a drink on Easter Sunday found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Drinks were reasonably priced and food was available if wanted. Parking is available on site and in the town 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Lovely boutique room in old part of the hotel, great character. Very quiet, cosy and comfortable. The bath and shower and amenities were great. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Charming hotel. Would visit again.

My nephew had his wedding here on 14th April. We didn't stay over but we were very impressed with the whole event. The chapel is very nice, although the chairs were a bit rickety. The staff were all very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The food served at the reception was great, served hot and the bar prices were very reasonable...

I visited The Baptist Church at The Kings Arms this week. Having previously seen it before its transformation - it was lovely to see. Such a great historic building with beautiful features. A Stunning Venue- the staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. An amazing space behind the historic Kings Arms Hotel. Do visit!

We recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding, where we had a wonderful, cheerful time. Many guests stayed and not one complaint. Would recommend this beautiful hotels to others. Each and every staff member were helpful and attentive from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was outstanding. We couldn't of asked for more!

Very nice hotel in a beautiful historic building. Standard room was average, could be more clean (carpet). The disadvantages compensated comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and other amenities like an ironing board with iron and a kettle with tea set. Bathroom of similar standard but very comfortable and spacious. The building of the hotel and the pub - beautiful and...

This place maintains the value of a decent pub whilst being a hotel in a area where there are not many viable competitors. Good beer, a fire when it's cold, and a reasonable welcome. Not exceptional but rarely any place is these days.

We stayed here for a wedding. The wedding itself was fantastic - the chapel is stunning, the food and entertainment were excellent. And we were pleasantly surprised by the price of drinks which were pretty reasonable! We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay. However, we stayed in one of the standard rooms which quite frankly was tired and...

Thank you for your review and feedback on the rooms. We are working on the refurbishment plans as I write. I am so glad the wedding and the chapel were such a hit. Peter
