Stayed in a Classic room that was well appointed. Bottled water provided FOC but no tea/coffee facilities in room - room service required. The usual range of hotel TV channels plus Sky Sports 1 & 2 on a decent sized TV. Your own room iPad was very good - really classy touch. Staff were very obliging and helpful. Evening meal...

Cliveden is better than ever, with immaculate rooms and service and all in a beautifully maintained and historic setting. We have been to Cliveden many times over the years. This year, with a young family including our new born, we decided we wanted to stay near London for our summer holiday. Within 45 minutes from Central London, you find yourself...

Our location is certainly Cliveden's happy opportunity. Guests truly feel they are far away from the City and wrapped up in the peace of the countryside and yet just 45 minutes from the center of London. Really delighted to learn that as a regular guest you continue to enjoy the magic of Cliveden and we thank you for your very...

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are great, warm, welcoming, efficient and friendly. The room was fab (we had a junior suite) and the breakfast lovely... Our dog (a whippet) was welcomed, he had his own bowls, towel and bed provided. Over and above this was the hotel attitude to him, which was as another guest. Truly a good...

Good to have you all come and stay. Your Whippet stole the show as he was so well behaved. We really do want the house to feel more like a home and having some well behaved dogs in house is always a treat. We have along haired Dachshund in house, who is steeling my heart this weekend. We hope the sun...

We visited Cliveden House Hotel on 19th August 2015 and had booked dinner with a Champagne cruise on the Thames. From the very beginning they made us feel welcome - it was like being welcomed into a friend's home. The house itself is stunning and very well maintained. We walked around the grounds as we were there early then went...

My husband and i went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had never visited Cliveden before and the beauty of the house and grounds exceeded our expectations - it was absolutely beautiful. We upgraded to a junior suite which was very impressive. Part of the wing of the house, it's high ceilings and period features were amazing. All the staff...

Thankfully, our stay surpassed our expectations, with the overall experience leaving a host of fabulous memories. The staff were all very friendly, professional, but not at all stuffy. Cliveden has an advantage over other country house hotels in that it is head and shoulders above for architecture, grandeur and history. We had stayed once before many years ago under previous management and on the whole had a great time because the surroundings compensated for the less than perfect service. We returned for our silver wedding anniversary, hopeful that...
