We needed a B&B as our friends were having a party at Horwood House and we wanted to stay as close as possible. The Old Stables Bed and Breakfast in Winslow is absolutely perfect. We needed a room for 3 people and Jeff gave us a lovely room with double bed and a large solid 4ft sofa bed. The room...

We arrived after visiting Bletchly Park earlier that day. It was wet and cold and we arrived to a very warm and beautiful cottage, and a friendly Jeff who introduced us to his pet dog and advised us as to the best places to eat that evening. We couldn't have been made to feel more at home. The bedroom was...

Clean, decent, honest quality on all levels. The blueprint of 'how to B&B and win.' No pretence and falsities in the service, Jeff is simply genuinely nice. The house is clean and has a contented and peaceful vibe, which, I think, is why the nights sleep was so good. Breakfast and facilities are all fine, the house is homely, warm,...

Nice place, very clean, welcoming owner. Will defiantly stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Good local options for food, I had an Indian that was top class. Invoice emailed to me that worked well for me.

The Old Stables B&B is really old having been built in the 1700's with exposed beams and several levels. Jeff was very welcoming as was Zoe the Westie. He took our bags up the stairs for us and put the TV on so we could watch the news. Also he made a reservation for us at Paprika restaurant which is...

This is my third stay at Anna's B&B and I can never fault it! Her attention to detail and warm welcome is always great. From the cup of tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival to the seriously tasty, fresh and delicious breakfasts, the standards have never waned. We will be back once again!

What a lovely B&B! Jeff is a very relaxed and welcoming host and Zoe made a fuss of us too! When we arrived we were SO stressed out because of delays on the M25. Jeff was a very calming influence. The location is perfect; tucked away in a quiet lane in a beautiful village, the bed was one of the...

Brilliant B&B - Jeff is a wonderful, charming, amusing, relaxed host and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful quirky property; lovely rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was all set out in the morning and all we had to do was help ourselves. We stayed for three nights (19-21 July) and had a couple of lovely evenings chatting with Jeff in his...

Attending a wedding at a large hotel nearby, we had left it too late to book a room there. Instead we booked the Old Stables and were very glad we did. The room was really comfortable, breakfast the next day was nice & relaxed and Jeff was a genuinely welcoming host. Upon realising that we needed a taxi on Sunday...
