This is the first time I have written anything negative about Premier Inns, but a number of issues spoilt the stay. The response was,...

They are expanding the hotel at the moment ( Nov 2016) and this has led to more limited parking. The staff are invariably friendly and welcoming. No obvious traffic noise was evident from the nearby road. The room had airconditioning and a comfortable...

We spent one night at Crewe Central en route to Alton Towers. After driving 4 hours with a tired family, we were very happy with the Crewe Central hotel. Big family room which meant we were not on top of each other, restaurant literally a stone throw away which also had a children's soft play. Staff were very friendly ,...

Comfortable beds for us and the 2 children, with all you need in a budget hotel for a couple of nights away. The beds were made after the first...
