The Premier Inn Crewe Nantwich Hotel is celebrated for its satisfactory amenities, such as the adjoining Peacock pub and ample parking, despite some concerns about the lack of air conditioning. Guests are charmed by the welcoming atmosphere bolstered by friendly staff and serene, clean rooms. While the hotel is generally considered good value, especially given its convenient location near local events, there are occasional remarks about additional fees. The cleanliness of the hotel is consistently lauded, although the rooms sometimes fall short with minor cleanliness issues or absent amenities. Service is typically regarded as commendable, though not without occasional lapses.

I was visiting the area for work, checked in late and was greeted by Rob on reception, he was friendly and helpful and was able to answer questions about the local area.

My room was pleasant and the bed was super comfortable, ill be back again when i have work in the area

Stayed there on a coldish sunday night .

It 's a Premier Inn so you sort of know what to expect, reasonable prices, clean but nothing to get too exited about.
When we got to the very cold room put the card key in the slot and the heating came on, unfortunately it clicked off at an indicated 19.5 degrees but it felt a lot colder than that !
we told the receptionist about it and they kindly got out an electric radiator which we plugged in - don't know if the Company was trying to be "green", issue with the heating or just trying to save money.

The light on the desk wasn't working , where the on/off switch should be on the base of the light was just a hole with wires just inside and the other issue was unlike any other hotel I've stayed in the bath/shower did not have a handle to hang on when getting in and out of the bath and the bath was slippery !

PS the coffee in our room tasted pretty bad , no idea if that was the water

This hotel is exactly what we were after. We had a long day travelling and needed a place to stay last minute. Although there were a couple of people in front of us the receptionist was still smiling and gave us a lovely welcome. We were told about no breakfast at the adjoining pub however we were pointed in the direction of another premier inn 5 minutes away to get breakfast which was a nice touch. The room was spotless and the corridors smelt very fresh which is unusual for a hotel. Great sleep as always with premier inn. Great stay thank you

We stayed overnight at the Premier Inn in Nantwich and were extremely disappointed with the comfort level of the bedding. The single pillow was extremely thin and really uncomfortable, resulting in a poor nights sleep. To compound this, there was a fire alarm evacuation at around 0800 and there was no checks carried out by the staff to make sure all the rooms had been evacuated. No room numbers taken or checked off. Very worrying safety procedures and the staff didn’t seem to appreciate the criticality of making sure all the guests were safely out their rooms.

The room was dirt and dusty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly between guests. The bathroom had bits of tissue on the floor and dust in the counter top. The lights in the room would flicker when turning another light on which didn’t feel safe. Staff were hardly about at night time or in the morning at checkout. No breakfast or food was available by the hotel instead we had to go to the pub next door which was very expensive. Check in felt rushed and it was hard to understand time for next door pubs breakfast which were told. The layout was like a maze meaning it was difficult to find the way out when first leaving the room. Considering the price that I paid I am very unhappy with the quality! I get it’s a premiere inn but it was not at the premiere inn price!! (£118+ For one night)

Hi, Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry that you had a disappointing stay with us recently due to the cleanliness and the lack of breakfast. This certainly isn't the experience we would expect for you. We’ve ensured this feedback has been logged to the Hotel Management team so that they can look into these issues with the team to prevent this experience from being repeated again in the future. In future, our Reception team are on hand 24/7 and so we would advise speaking with the team as soon as any issues arise to help resolve this whilst you're still in-house. Thank you for taking the time to contact us and we hope we can welcome you for a more enjoyable stay in the future. Kind regards, Kayleigh

We were travelling up from Surrey to attend a party in the afternoon and needed to avoid heavy traffic so we set out very early and arrived at the hotel at around 11:30am. It was so great to be able to check in early (as early as 11am) and for us was well worth paying an extra £10 so we could relax and get ready to go out in comfort. Always very friendly here, always clean, comfortable and well catered for.

Premier Inn was a very easy to manage booking, great offers and the Peacock pub next door served lovely food. Plenty of outside space for children to run around. Family room was comfortable, the only small issue is that the complimentary tea and coffee only catered for two people, but we are a family of four. It would have been nice for this to have been thought about, rather than having to request more cups and teabags!!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the Nantwich Premier Inn. We stayed in room 28 and it was brilliant, just what we needed. We travelled for hours and needed somewhere to stay last minute, we saw this hotel had availabilty and booked in. We were greeted with a lovely smile even though it was late and the lady (can't remember her name sorry) was very thorough making sure we had everything we needed. We've stayed in a number of Premiers and this one was one of the best

Always have a great time here
The hotel is obviously very busy at the moment so you'd be unlikely to get an early check-in.
I don't understand the reviews below that mention they came 2 hours before checkin and were surprised that no rooms were avaliable?

I often stay here usually every 2 months and always find it to be clean, the team friendly and quiet.

The reception and housekeeping team are obviously working exceptionally hard since coming out of lockdown as I run a hotel and at the moment it is very hard trying to get staff so it's likely they're all working twice as hard.

I appreciate the effort all the team are putting in and think other people should perhaps show common sense when a busy hotel can't offer you an early check-in. Or maybe call?

Originally staying overnight for business reasons, this Premier Inn was recommended by my client and it didn't disappoint! Quiet, spotlessly clean and so comfortable it was a pleasure to stay overnight and we will be coming back again soon. Nothing was too much trouble for the team there. We didn't want for anything. Easy to park, easy to check in, loads of fresh water in the vending machine (often frustratingly empty) and right next door to a fabulous pub where we had both dinner and breakfast. All excellent. Looking forward to returning in July!
