Love the thai green curry here! The food has always been extremely good! We love the people here and the waiters/ waitresses are always lovely. Sometimes I do feel, there need to be more waitresses in the restaurant.

I have eaten here many times over the last few years, and until recently have always been delighted with both the lunchtime and evening dining experience. This old pub has great ambience with the wood panelling and galleried bar but what on earth has happened to the menu? Firstly some of the portion sizes have been reduced, not a big... More

I have eaten here more than a dozen times in the last twelve months (we were without a kitchen for a few weeks not because I couldn't keep away!). Some meals have been good but, more recently, the food has been disappointing - my last dish, the chicken was very dry and I suspect pre cooked and then warmed up... More

I held a Birthday Party for around 50 friends at the Legh Arms on 30 September 2016, with hot and cold buffet. Everything was perfect - the buffet was superb, the service provided by a number of staff, particularly Renata, Abbey & Domingo, was excellent, helpful and friendly, and the party room provided just the right informal but sophisticated ambience.... Popped in for a light lunch whilst we were in the area and didn't want too much as we were going out for a birthday dinner in the evening. We were very impressed with the place itself and the character of the building and found the staff friendly and welcoming. Just reading some of the previous reviews this does not... More

As family, friends and couples we've been coming here for 30+ years and it's such a shame to see just how far this once thriving establishment has fallen behind everything else in the vicinity...had to do nothing to succeed in the past and this can be seen now that it isn't the only venue in the village. We visited midweek... More

Stayed there a couple of times now and have to say it a great hotel with lovely food. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean with great facilities including fresh milk for your tea and coffee. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and very tasty. Will definitely look to stay there again when in the area

Thank idallas
