A fantastic night superb friendly dj James plays your requests quick turnaround on karaoke great atmosphere great music great singers and really pleasant bar staff highly recommended if you've nothing doing on a Friday evening

Been here 3 weeks now,clean and cosy,great price,lively bar downstairs with sky sports and well kept beers,Alison the owner is great who made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in! Priceless! stayed last week ideal for working people .landlady jane good as gold could not do enough' very cheap drinks in' bar rooms basic but clean continental breakfast included if in area will stay again also straight across the road is few take away chinese is mint

Wel iv stayed a few times as me and my fiance like a break now and again. when my mum looks after my son.. iv had one night stays and weekend stays.. it is clean as you can tell beds have been made and a clean towel is at end bed.. but its just very dated..thers no wifi..no dvd player...

I had a pleasant stay here at the kingsway hotel the hotel and bar staff were friendly and helpfull. the customers in the bar seemed to be very friendly wasnt loud and full of kids like most places. had a real homely feel to the place. Was very happy with my stay at the kingsway hotel

I found the kingsway hotel was a very pleasant stay it is a familly run hotel and bar! The staff were very friendly and really helpfull. They are doing a brilliant job of turning it around look forward to stay again in the next couple of weeks.

I wasnt really happy at first to be staying at this hotel when i booked due to its reviews but it was the only hotel that had room at the time i needed. But i was shocked it seems it has been taken over by new management in the past 2 months and i must say it was very clean...

Filthy dirty Shower had mould all over it It had dirty sheets still on from privious people Toilet did not flush Tv did not work I can't explain how dirty this was it's the worst place I haver ever stayed I should have just slept in the car

Room was very basic, the tv did not work, the hotel has no where to park only on street and I was worried about the safety of my car as there seems to be a noisy pub/club nearby, could hear music thumping till about 2am and people shouting/fighting aswell - also people shouting in the rooms along from us which...

......but not much else to commend this. It is the sister hotel to the Mersey Hotel, Widnes. They booked me in as they were full and I was happy to be away from the area if not the pub. The Kingsway is in a better location but is not really a hotel. More a pub with rooms It's fine and...
