        we booked a three day stay at the high cross thro a wowcher deal on contacting they agreed our booking for the required dates until finding out it was a wowcher deal then they refused it saying they had no accommodation for those dates. asked...More

        Arrived on 2nd of November to find the place closed.(I believe it's gone into liquidation ).Could have let us know beforehand as we had driven 150 miles to reach the hotel.Very very disappointed .Understand it closed on the 30th October.

        Via train and taxi from the train station or walk from there. its about 10 minutes walk. Many thanks

        Yes dogs are allowed to stay at the High Cross Inn, as when we stayed the people who were also staying there had 2 lurchers. Please be aware that you will only be able to stay in certain rooms when booking with dogs. Hope... More
