This is a very comfortable pub/restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I can certainly recommend the Chicken Madeira Tagliatelle, which was delicious, and there are similar sounds of satisfaction coming from my husband who had the pie of the day, cottage pie on this occasion.
It became fairly obvious that children were not welcomed.
Food and drink were not bad, but no more than average.
