All the staff are very friendly we arrived earlier than expected but as our room was done we were able to check in. We had one of newly refurbished rooms and the bathroom was very spacious, the room was very clean. The hotel is still being refurbished but when it is all finished it will be excellent. Very close to the beach and not far from St Bees train station. A great place to stay if starting the coast to coast walk, also dog friendly.

Beautiful place, what a lovely most relaxing few days we have had. The staff are amazing and each and every staff member went out of their way to speak and have a conversation. The food was stunning!! We booked bed and breakfast however ate in the restaurant at night and would highly recommend. The rooms were lovely, nice and clean as well as very spacious. We had a pet friendly room and it was massive!! The location right on the beach is beautiful day and night!! The views are amazing and we can’t wait to return very soon. Thank you for the most wonderful break

An excellent location. Great check-in with friendly staff. The accommodation is spacious and clean plus plenty of tea/coffee etc. We dined in the bar and the food was excellent (homemade) and it's not the first time, congratulations to Chefs Richard and Carl. Well done Seacote !!

Room was last minute but very nice apart from only radiator in bedroom not working. Had booked evening meal of steak and ale pie - pie came on its own on a plate That was red hot from being under hot plate Vegetables came on the main plate cauliflower under cooked carrots over cooked and chips that have been previously cooked then rewarded as they were black in colour The pie once with gravy poured over failed to soften up and had to hack away at it to release what meat was in it - so in end ate the vegetables and meat and left the concrete pie crust - £11.99 for price not great - can honestly say the worst pie ever eaten or attempted to eat

Myself and my husband have travelled the world. We have stayed in the Seacotes every year. What makes this hotel so special is the warm welcome we get every single time. Paul, Michelle and Sue are so lovely and also the ladies on reception could not do enough for you. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the beds also very comfortable I sleep like I would at home, I feel its like a second home to me. Coming from Ireland the welcome here is just like in ireland wonderful and warm. I love the traditional style of the hotel, unique furniture which gives the hotel a wonderful sense of timelessness. I wouldn't change anything at all about thr hotel. Its just perfect in every way. Thank you all so much for your kindness and fantastic customer service. Five star and some.michelle and Russell

Lovely location and the staff were so lovely. , really accommodating and friendly. We got a really nice room which was refurbished and the bed was so comfy. Break fast was easy and a good standard . Will definitely visit again . Loved it. The location is right on the beach and makes a lovely weekend stay. We came all the way from Scotland and arrived very late and the staff were excellent . The bar area was really nice , friendly patrons and reasonable prices . Did I say the staff were lovely 😁
