I think Osborne House has to be one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in. The room was cosy, full of personality and charm. There was a fridge with real milk and a proper coffee maker. The cooked breakfast was excellent, and Rob and Di were ever so kind and welcoming. I really hope to visit again sometime - perhaps at Easter when the Uppies and Downies are in full riot.

Last time we had to stop in Workington Osbourne House was full and we had to stop elsewhere. So happy to be back here as it is IMHO the best place to stay in Workington. Owners are great, nothing is too much trouble but they give you space. And the breakfast I have is amazing and cooked to perfection. Thank you again.

Visited based on a great recommendation, found it even better than the recommendation. A great, friendly welcome by the owners. Well-equipped room with hi-speed WiFi, modern Smart TV with multiple channels, good shower and a very, very comfortable bed. The breakfast is fantastic. Great choice and lots of it - suitable for omnivores, carnivores and herbivores. Just around the corner is a Wetherspoons pub where you can get a convenient evening meal in minutes. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding B&B, and Di and Rob are lovely hosts. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is excellent. I don't think that I have ever been so warmly welcomed to a B&B - it is a real home from home!

What a great place to stay. From the moment we arrived Di & Rob could not do enough for us. Our room was spotless and so comfortable and although it’s ideally sited on the edge of the town centre it’s really quiet. The bed was comfy and the little touch’s they added such as fresh milk & water made the whole experience so pleasant. The breakfast was out of this world freshly prepared, generous portions and done to perfection. Di & Rob were exceptional throughout and we can’t recommend Osborne House enough, we will definitely be heading back in the near future.

Osborne house far exceeded our expectations! Di and Rob and wonderful hosts, very welcoming and attentive. Free parking outside. The room was clean, had everything you need and decor was lovely. Cooked breakfast was exceptional, so much good quality stuff to choose from. We can't wait to return. What a find! Amazing value. Thank you both very much 😊

This is the fourth time we have stopped here. As usual it was excellent. Rob & Di are exceptional hosts who cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is awesome. We won’t stop anywhere else when we come to visit my parents. The rooms are all clean, tidy and have all you need for a very comfortable stay.

We came here for a 2 night weekend break. On arrival we found the parking directly opposite and were greeted immediately by the hosts. The room was clean and perfectly functional and it was very quiet, considering the location being so close to the town. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the hosts were extremely attentive ensuring you had everything you needed. If we came to Workington again we would definitely stay here and would recommend to others.

Lovely b & b which was clean comphy and really close to town. Lovely friendly helpful hosts who couldn't do enough during our stay. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and fresh local produce which was tasty and hot. Had our own parking place as well. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Second time staying here and as before it was excellent. Rob & Di are great hosts and very welcoming. The breakfast is an absolute joy and is cooked to perfection. They are extremely accommodating and really do put the customers first. Now that we have found this hidden little gem it is the only place we will book when we need to come up and stay as we have to visit my parents.
