Spent a couple of nights here. Quiet, pleasant room in old world atmosphere. Good breakfast in spacious dining room. Private parking and pleasant staff always a plus. Very convenient for access to town centre.

We had a fantastic time at the station hotel! We rang ahead to see if it as possible to check in early which was arranged ahead of our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded to a beautiful 4 poster bed. Everybody was welcoming and couldn't of done more for us! Fantastic stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Station Hotel, room was very comfortable. It's an easy walk in to the town centre and the hotel is directly over the road from the Tissington Trail. Breakfast was excellent with great service but it's a shame there are no evening meals and the bar doesn't look like the bar gets a lot of...

The building itself is impressive with private parking and the staff here are very welcoming, the breakfast was very good, and the room was lovely. On the street outside our room there are some traffic lights with pedestrian crossing, it did not bother us too much but you may want to ask to be on opposite side of hotel due...

Well it really was a joy to stay at the station hotel, the bed was large and very comfy.lovely big rooms, Kristian " the manager " was very helpful with taxis and keys which I managed to loose more that once, all my own fault . He was even on breakfast duty so I had a familiar face to chat...

We stopped here for two nights. There's a parking space for every room and the rooms themselves are large and nicely furnished. Breakfast was great and even after riding all the way to Parsley Hay I still wasn't hungry! It's close to town, the Tissington Trail and restaurants and pubs. Great for a short break.

The owner couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would go back like a shot, and would recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area. Easy walking distance from the town centre, and easy access to the tourist areas.

Loving our stay at the Station Hotel. The rooms are very plush and the owners have gone out of the way with little extras. The bed is comfier than mine at home!!! The breakfast and service are 5*. A definite recommendation for anyone looking to stay this way.

We had a very comfortable four poster bed. The bathroom was sparkling clean . The full English breakfast in the morning was beautiful and very well presented in...

I visited Ashbourne for a friend's wedding and stayed at the Station Hotel. The hotel was in a great location - right on the edge of center of town - and had a nice look and feel to it. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was made to order and tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming. One...

We are very pleased that you enjoyed half of your stay. It is unfortunate that you lost your bag at the wedding however. Please note that the hotel reception is not manned 24/7 but the owners live on site and the phones are manned 24/7. The hotel number is clearly displayed in the hotel and on the sign outside and...
