Great stay- booked this hotel due to its proximity to Kinder Scout. Well located just a few minutes drive the walk and local town. Very nice staff and a great breakfast! The only thing I can think of to improve would be to install Electric Charge points so we could bring our Electric car next time.

We stayed at the bed and breakfast after reading good reviews . After inviting our friends along with their young baby - we decided to stay at the same place .The bed and breakfast is in a lovely location , but sadly looked tired outside . Our room was upgraded on recommendation. We were told there would be no road...

We stayed here for one night in the twin room. The room was excellent and Carol was friendly and attentive, providing fresh milk for hot drinks. Breakfast the next day cooked to order by Kerry was also excellent. It was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend the Waltzing Weasel. The Pack Horse in Hayfield is a 10-15 minute walk...

We just had one night here to celebrate a birthday. Although the property is on a fairly busy road we weren't disturbed by traffic noise even though our room overlooked the road. The room was very spacious with a nice four poster bed and the bathroom was a decent size which makes a nice change from many b & b's....
