The Priest House Hotel has had a great reputation over the years , however I would find it very difficult to recommend this hotel to anyone, The bedroom furniture in the room we had was dated and damaged and the bedroom windows were rotting and very draughty . Although the bathroom was reasonably appointed there was a maintenance issue with...

Warmly greeted at reception who, after registering, immediately asked if we would like fresh milk delivered to our room which was gratefully received. Again a delightful room, No 25, on the ground floor which contained everything we needed except, surprisingly, the guest directory. I quickly learned, however, that as the Hotel had recently changed owners, the guest directory was still...

Got this on a travel zoo deal £149 for 2 persons 1 night accommodation evening meal /wine and breakfast .. Food was amazing staff very friendly and professional.. Really enjoyed it . They only thing I would say is that the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but for the price we paid it was brilliant .

We were welcomed on arrival and, after drinks, shown to a barn like room for tea. As there was a large group, the table had a number of different teas on it. Once drunk no further tea was offered. Sandwiches were nothing special with the bread being of the supermarket type. The fillings were also quite plain. Scones with jam...

The Welcome we received was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble & we both very much enjoyed our "Afternoon Tea" the glass of fizz was a nice end to the tea., the gardens and scenery were beautiful, but the weather was rain, so we didn't venture as much as we would have liked.

Fabulous location for a family party. Celebrating a family member's birthday we organised a surprise lunch, and it could not have been better! The room was ideal, staff were ever so friendly and helpful; there was a good choice of menu options and really well cooked food. Service was attentive without being intrusive. And the setting is lovely with the...

Stayed here for my partners birthday and it was lovely. We got upgraded to the stocker suite which is stunning with its own living room. Evening meal and breakfast included, all delicious. Only small complaint is that the room was freezing cold when we arrived so had to wait for it to warm up,otherwise no problems. Polite and professional staff,...
