This was a lovely one night stay as part of walking the rather strenuous Hambledon Hobble . I can imagine coming here again with friends and family. Pluses are: the location and view over garden, sheep fields and hills, the welcome and support for walkers from Sue and Lester; the guest sitting room, comfortable bedroom, spatious private bathroom (bath plus shower... A lovely place to stay. We received a warm welcome, and there were lovely rooms to relax in after a 15 mile walk. A great place to stay. I stayed here during our Cleveland Way trip. I would recommend Greystone Farm to anyone, and would stay there again if in the area.

I think it would be very difficult, if not impossible, to find a better B&B than Greystone Farm. Two comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, in a separate wing of a farmhouse. It’s a small, working farm in a lovely, quiet rural location. No passing traffic noise, just the occasional baa! There is a pub (The Gold Cup) within walking distance... More

We have now stayed at Greystone Farm twice and can't speak highly enough about it. We brought our horses on both occasions. Sue and Lester are fantastic hosts, the rooms are lovely, the food is delicious and they can't do enough to make your stay extra special. Now planning our next trip for summer 2015!

Well off the beaten track, but a genuine working farm with black faced Suffolk sheep close to the house. An enjoyable interlude, with Sue at pains to provide a friendly environment. A lounge where you can relax and have a cup of tea. Nice breakfast. The only downside is that, being off the beaten track, it's best to have a... More

My husband and I came from the US to stay in 3 B&B's in the UK. All were lovely, but Greystone Farm was by far the best. As others have posted, the farm is in a beautiful location in the Yorkshire moors. There is a beautiful view just driving in the farm lane. I was expecting minimal accommodations, but found... More

We stayed the second time at the Greystone Farmhouse B&B – this time with our baby girl and the parents-in-law. Again we spend wonderful days in the Yorkshire Dales & Moors and on our little “home base farm”. Greystone’s is one of the best farmhouse B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in the UK and Ireland. We’ve been coddled with excellent breakfasts... More

The farm is tucked away in a beautiful location. The only noise was from Sue & Lester's sheep and cows. The house is a lovely old farmhouse that has been tastefully modernised. The two rooms have their own access and a lounge and dining area. Sue's homemade cakes and bread were delicious, and the breakfasts are a real treat. Lester... More

I stayed here with my children and husband and we had a wonderful stay. We loved the tea and cake on arrival, what a nice touch. Lovely clean rooms. Nice views and surroundings. Breakfast was lovely, good choice, nice fresh local produce as well as plenty of fruit and cereal. Would highly recommend if looking for accommodation in the area.

“Just two rooms to choose from - both are lovely twin rooms with amazing outlooks. The bath room - has bath, or the Shower room - have a guess.”
