We visited overnight for a wedding and stayed in an ensuite room. We were lucky - we had a larger corner room with 3 windows so could catch a bit of a cross breeze on a very hot day/night, while others in our group had only one smaller window. The room was adequate - no tv, iron or hair dryer...

Stopped in for a Saturday afternoon drink in the beer garden, don't expect lots of craft beers, this is and old fashioned Aussie pub.It was a nice place to sit and relax after bushwalking in the local Morton national park. Did not have time to eat in the restaurant but will try to get back there, as we were only...

While not a luxury destination, we really enjoyed our stay here. Not that we spent a lot of time in our room as there was plenty to explore in the town , glow worm glen and the national park, not to mention bike trails and cafes" . Our room was in the wing at the back of the hotel and...

Driving up to this hotel seemed to suggest a lovely historic countryside stay - but looks are deceiving. Metres from a train line that has freight trains rattling past all night long, your slumber won't be undisturbed, especially once the backpackers start rampaging along the corridors and bathing in their communal showers. The receptionist is oddly brusque, especially when pronouncing...

The hotel is quite old and dated, with old furniture, curtains and carpets, could use some renovating. The room was very basic, but clean. Showers and toilets clean as well. The diner was great, quick and friendly service!

Thank you for your review, Astrid. Yes, the Hotel is old and dated however we believe that that is part of its charm and quirkiness. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our property and our great food and service. We are hoping to do some updates this year.

Bundanoon Hotel is steeped in history. A fabulous old estate set on sprawling grounds with tennis court and swimming pool. A wonderful location next to the railway station, restaurants, cafes and galleries. Rooms are clean and comfortable, some with ensuite bathrooms. Shared guest lounges are available as well as the pub and dining room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but not at all like the picture. (I wish I'd taken a photo) No instructions as to how to use the heater. (Turns out you need to ask someone at reception to turn it on - if you can find them). The shared women's bathroom is clean. Access is via a key code. The person who...

Hi Linda Thank you for your review. I apologise that you were unable to turn on your heater. The main controls are in the office and these are turned off for environmental reasons during mild weather. The office is not manned 24hrs a day however, staff at the bar (which is open from 11am to at least 10pm most weekdays...

I arrived an hour after I'd advised I'd be arriving. It was a very cold weekend and the heater in my room was off. I put it on and went out to eat. On returning, my room was still cold. I sat in the guest lounge which had a fire, then the tv room. 5 hours after switching on my...

I apologise that the heating in your room was inadequate. No other houseguests had this problem. We do not leave heaters on permanently for economic and environmental reasons however, I am pleased that you made good use of the electric blanket. The Hotel is located a two minute walk from the shops/cafés with a walk way over the railway lines...
