Spending a recent Saturday night at the Rye Beach Motel was our last resort as everywhere else in Rye seemed to be booked out but we weren’t disappointed. It was only the reverse-cycle air conditioner, flat screen TV and (average) free Wi-Fi that gave away it is 2017; otherwise stepping inside our motel unit was like a journey back to...

We've stayed in this motel for one night. The location is perfect! The room was sparkling clean. It has a microwave, kettle, small fridge, generous supply of tea and coffee, milk. However, it is only suitable to heat the food you've brought in or light tea/coffee and a snack. You cannot cook there. The dishes are limited to plates and...

We chose this motel as close to area we were visiting. The room was bigger than we expected . Bed was comfortable and room had everything and more that we needed for our overnight stay. Could of stayed a week as was roomy enough. Staff were friendly and parking was easy . Would stay again. Motel was not modern but...

Kitchen facilities consisted of plates, mugs and cutlery with microwave, toaster and kettle. Don't try to feed yourself while you are there, the microwave needs to be used for double time to heat anything properly. The fridge is tiny and wouldn't fit a 1.5LT bottle in it, while the freezer section only fits a couple of ice cube trays. Stayed...

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights in summer. We chose this place because a lot of the other places had booked out. It was okay - it was very clean which is always a perk for a motel. Some let downs were how ridiculously noisy the shower and the bedroom fan was - almost intolerable....

We stayed here for one night on a stop over on the way to The Great Ocean Road via the Ferry. This place is great and we can see how comfortable it could be for longer stays. The have thought of everything which certainly helps when you're travelling through on motorbikes!! From fly spray in the rooms, to shampoo and...

Large room with Queen bed, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and toaster. Clean and tidy and across the road from the beach. We found this a little noisy and people smoking right outside the doors.

We went as a village outing. Pleasant venue, the food was okay, garlic prawns, service caring, but, as always happens we were stuck at a back table. Why do they do that to group bookings, always far away from windows & view (if any)'very disappointing! Feel, very second class citizens!

A group of us went to the mornington peninsula for a girls weekend and stayed here. We booked online and got a great deal on a family room. We got a room with 2 sections. One had the kitchen and bathroom/toilet and a queen bed and the other section had a double bed and 2 singles. The room was a...

Three star rated room that suited our needs for something cheap and clean. Bed was comfortable. Better heating is required however in the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very light with the curtains letting a lot of side light in. Noise from adjoining rooms is also an issue.
