This was a really great stay. Wish we could've stayed longer! Awesome location just minutes walk to the beach. We were in the Georgia suite which was lovely. Charles the owner and host was amazing and made us feel so welcome and his brekky was such a treat!! Will certainly be back!

I would recommend you to stay in the Havana Suite or the Upstairs Suite. We stayed in the Georgia Suite and it has a number of disadvantages - there is no air conditioning, the room is a bit dark (not much natural light), the room is next to the front door so, if you have your shutters open, people coming...

Went for just one night and wish I could of stayed longer! Beautiful presented and the hosts were so lovely! Selection for breakfast was great and the food was a plenty. Relaxing spa out the back. Cute sitting room with complementary home made biscuits and assorted array of leaf tea, port and brandy such a great experience!

Thank you for your review. We would love our guests to stay longer as one night is not long enough to settle in and experience what we have to offer and take in what the Peninsula has to offer. We hope you can join us again in the near future.

Quite simply, everything a B&B should be plus more! Charles and Lorraine are both lovely and have created a stunning and very peaceful and relaxing house. Close to the beach, plenty of parking in and outside the house. Plenty of room for all guests and amenities are wonderful. Lorraine is a great artist, and Charles is an artist in the...

I'm not one for staying at B&B's preferring hotels. However, if all B&Bs are as good as Plantation House I may change my mind. Our suite was well appointed, very comfortable and scrupulously clean. Due to flight times into Melbourne airport we could not arrive until the early evening, but this was no trouble for Charles, the courteous host. The...

We try to make a stay at Plantation House a unique and enjoyable stay for all our guests. I cant say that for all Bed and breakfasts or hotels. Rye can get fairly hectic over the holidays yet only being one street back from the beach Plantation House remains a quiet little Oasis. Thank you for your review.

We spent two nights there for Christmas. Everything was perfect, the room has everything you need, it is calm, clean, a perfect place to spend lovely holidays. Charles is very nice, friendly, welcoming, careful for anything you need. The breakfast is DELICIOUS. It is a little paradise. I would be so happy to come back.

Charming little stopover and well located to visit most things on the peninsula. Charles is a splendid host and served up a terrific breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean and reasonably priced. no hesitation in recommending it.

Plantation House is a lovely property, secluded but still very close to the beach, pier and restaurants. The hosts are friendly but respectful of your privacy as well. Charles is a fabulous cook and I would highly recommend ordering breakfast. Great attention to detail and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a gorgeous outdoor seating area with a...

We spent two nights here in the Havana Suite and couldn't fault it. Plantation House is an easy walk to the beach, pier and shops, and is situated in a quiet street. The hot springs are a short drive away, and we spent a lovely Sunday using the food and wine map to explore the peninsula. A visit to Heronswood...

Thank you for your review. The New Havana is a really comfortable suite and has everything that you might want. Plantation House is like a little oasis, only one street back from Whitcliffs beach (Rye) and is well situated to take in the sites of the Peninsula. Thank you once again.
