Atherton Hinterland is a short walk into the town centre. The rooms and bathrooms seem to be newly renovated and are quite nice. They actually have shampoo, conditioner, real soap and quality towels - all of which seem to be in short supply in Australian hotels these days. I found the reception staff to be excellent and wanting to help....

This is a retired couple run establishment that is a bit tired inside and out but clean and comfortable nonetheless. Near the centre of town with nice gardens I would stay here again but only for a couple of nights.

Nothing special or fancy but it was a decent accomodation. It was clean and everything was provided. Good value for the money. We had a good night of sleep travelling through. Location is also good. The bats flying over in the evening you get for free ;)

Arrived to a booked room with friends in another room adjacent, easy to find, good price at $125 for a family room which slept 4 with ease. Microwave, toaster, cutlery, hair dryer, bar fridge and a complement of coffee and teas as usual, just take your own milk if you don't like long life milk. Clean and tidy rooms with...

We took a budget room which was a bit tired and in need of a bit of a make over BUT it was Very clean, cheap and comfy. The staff were very helpful and gave us cutlery and a toaster so we could make our own breakfast each day. The bed was comfortable and the room was plenty big enough.

Room is tucked around behind main part of motel in a quiet garden setting, but still only a 1 minute walk to reception. Our family stayed for 2 nights and the room was more than comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms are spacious as is the bathroom. Well equiped kitchen and good size tv. The free wi-fi...

We stayed at this motel for a couple of nights again earlier this year - this time in one of the refurbished rooms. The antique gold fabrics worked well with the pale coloured woodwork and travertine romano (?) look tiles. I put ? mark because travertine has many different looks - whatever it is, the look is much more classy...

We had a budget room and it was very clean and comfortable but the real winner here is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local attractions and food outlets And the breakfast was HUGE and delicious.

I accidentally booked a room too small for the family. The staff went out of their way to find something suitable at a price we could afford. Many thanks. We stayed in the two room unit and can definitely recommend it. Everything you need including free wifi.

Stayed here with 4 adults and two kids in portacots. Managed to fit in nicely. Two bedroom apartment was very clean and had everything you could want. The only negatives were access to the unit as you have to go around the back of a section of the hotel and its a bit of a hike with lots of baggage....
