Really great place, staff great the wooden huts are very authentic. great value for money only reason it wasn't a 5 was your not aloud to take your own beer onto the site so when bar shuts you can't get anymore drinks which was a shame.

Got the bus to the Koala Village and bought my tour tickets once I got there. Got taken on our tour at 10am. Had a great tour guide who was funny and very knowledgable- he knew everything! Had the chance to hold reptiles, a python, feed a bird from our mouths with seeds and hold a koala! It was something...

This hostel was nice, good air con, comfy beds and nice en suit toilet shower area. However, the rooms were a bit small for 8 people. It has a nice pool area but it's very chilled, not a party place if that's what you're after. Also wifi is not accessible in rooms at all, only reception. The koala sanctuary is...

Absolutely loved it here! Accommodation has just undergone renovation and it's lovely! Great beds, proper shower and toilets in our room! Lovely communal area with comfy beanbags to chill on, good free wifi, a bar selling some food as well, tables, a brilliant pool that as shallow it's you can sunbathe in, hammocks and a good kitchen cooking area too....

This is a chill place in a chill place. Got so relaxed. Finished two books, got a tan. Walking distance from the beach and some eateries. Wildlife all over. Very comfortable bungalow type rooms. Activities in the evening.

Seriously, if you don't like bugs do not stay here!! I stayed in one of the smaller bungalows and checked into a dorm room after two nights because they were driving me crazy! First of all there are ants crawling everywhere (even in the dorms). The small bungalows are open on each side with just a fly screen instead of...

This run-down 2-star backpacker resort is managed by sone of the rudest females you will meet on your travels. The frozen pizza menu is also underwhelming. But what really sets this place apart is its cruel exploitation of koalas held captive clinging to 2-metre high fake trees so this place can profit from you having your photograph taken hugging them....

The staff at the Koala Village conduct a fun, interactive tour which is popular with backpackers in particular. Visitors can hold different reptiles, birds and of course Koalas. The facility is well maintained, wheelchair accessible and good for young children.

We camped in KB for 2 nights and very much wanted to do some tours, in particular snorkeling tours on the barrier reef. When we asked the staff we were told there were no snorkeling tours on the island, only self guided tours, we then enquired about possibly doing segway tours for a laugh, but were again assured there were...
