Argyle at Cotton Tree Queendsland We are Not happy, and we are very cranky with your service, or the cranky sour puss faced  receptionist/manager that never helped when she was there, if  reception  wasn’t  locked, which seemed to be every time we had a complaint. And when a complaint or 3 was made to her about  The television was not working properly, its signal was glitchie , so we couldn’t watch normal television Light bulb that was out in bedroom was not changed either Security screen broken with holes in it which were letting mozzies  in and the screen had come unhinged and wouldn’t go back on  into place,  and didn’t get fixed  But nothing got looked at, nothing got fixed, the whole of our stay and no one bothered to get back to us  to explain   I’d like to complain about the dirty state of the unit we were in, especially with Covid 19 and cleaning rules, apparently they don’t apply to your units I should not have to go into a unit for a 3 night stay for  my wedding anniversary and have to scrub a unit that should be clean, I could have stayed home and cleaned!!!  Lucky I brought chux cloths and my chemical free disinfectant and cleaned: Dirty brown finger marks all over lamp switches, power points, switches s and remote controls The books in the unit were so disgustingly un clean and greasy you could see the germs, it  looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years  The lounge had coffee spillage marks over it The coffee machine still had dirty coffee pods in it and water/coffee residue left over microwave I had to wipe out The fridge had drink spills on door holder slots and crisper still had fruit and vegetable dry outside skin bits in it Bench tops, table, chairs, draw and door handles and all railings had dirty and greasy hand marks on them All doors that opened and were suppose to slide would not without some force to be able to move them Toiletries was 1 face washer, 2 towels, 1 mat, 1 conditioning shampoo, 1 hand soap no body wash and for 2 people for 3 nights The toilet had not been cleaned at the base, there was dust all around the toilet base and sides on the floor, looking between my legs at base of toilet bowl, there was vomit still stuck to the toilet. And looking forward at the wall there was vomit runs running down the wall and pooling in droplet spots towards the bottom of the wall,  YUK so disgusting Now  the un cleaned shower…  First there is a fixed shower head on the wall which had no water pressure, so when I tried to clean the shower as it had mildew and hair still at the end of the shower i tried to move the fixed shower head, the water pressure and shower head did not reach past my feet so I  cold not clean the shower properly or to the end of the shower which was a long shower…. So how do the showers get cleaned??? The carpet must have been dirty also, because after a shower your clean feet were dirty again after walking around inside on the carpet.  Then walking from the carpet to the bathroom, the bathroom floor had dirty muddy looking outlines of feet foot prints Talking  to unit neighbors they all had similar stories of complaints about your units These standards  are so very low in any hospitality/accommodation standards. Building inspectors and body corporate and google reviews will be interested in hearing about how your business and  services are run there It only deserves a 1 star rating at the very most W & G Foster

We booked then cancelled a stay over a month before traveling, received confirmation of the cancellation. Then I received a message the day we were supposed to arrive telling me where the key was I rang straight away and explained that we had cancelled, Karen called me back and apologized (their mistake etc.) they had taken the money out but it would be back in our account within 24 hours. Long story short to the money wasn't put back in until a week later. When we phoned after day 5 Karen was do rude & she actually hung up on us. Not a good way to run a business very poor customer service. Kaz

“Argyle on the Park” is in a prime position at Cotton Tree as it so very close to shops, beach and Maroochy River mouth. The only down side is it is dusty in places and room needed a proper clean. Can’t comment on the management though as were not to be seen much.

We stayed there for one week & pretty disappointed. The room was very stuffy & dated. We unfortunately locked out keys in the room on the second night (Sunday) about 6pm. I had to buzz at the front door & explain to the manager (who lives in the building) what had happened & she was not happy. She then let me in then left me out the lift on the floor but did not open my door & continued back to her apartment. What the??? I had told her we had no keys. I then had to go down to reception & ring her mobile number. She was not very happy at all to come down on the lift again to open my door. That’s her job!!! It wasn’t midnight it was only 6pm. So not a great Experience & definitely would not go back again.

Thank you guys at Argyle on the Park. The apartment we had at your establishment was clean, neat, well looked after and in a great location. We were very comfortable staying with you & we would recommend to others to do the same.
