If your staying on the Sunshine Coast you need to stay here. We stayed in a 3 bedroom and it was perfect. Clean, spacious and the view WOW. Close to shops and surf club. Beach across the road. The pool and spa beautiful and the staff among the best I have come across, they are so helpful and lovely. We... More

2 Bedroom apartment, although a little older and slightly dated, it was clean, spacious and had all the features. Amenities were clean and modern Pool, Spa, Sauna, Steam room, safe and secure and short 3 min walk to the beach. BBQ area at the pool and little small cabana. Would expect that these are privately owned apartments leased by hotel... More

Have stayed at the Chateau Royale quite a number of times over the past few years, and love it every time we visit. The front desk staff are always smiling and helpful, and the gorgeous views are absolutely the best on the Sunshine Coast. We love the closeness of the beautiful beach, and the little village of Cotton Tree across... More

Thanks to the Maroochydore Surf Club, we won a two night stay in unit 38 at the Chateau Royale Beach Resort. This was a three bedroom unit on the seventh floor. It had uninterrupted views from the Maroochydore River across to Point Cartwright. Every room had these magnificent views. The three bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. It is centrally... Just spent the long weekend at Cotton Tree which is a quaint little place with enough cafes to satisfy foodies and coffee drinkers alike. Chateau Royale Beach Resort is the best location for easy access to the beach and river activities, both just being a stones throw away. The apartment block may be older but the apartments are much bigger... More

Stayed in Room 35, Level 7. The living room has a gorgeous view of Maroochy river and Mount Coolum and if you go out to the balcony you can see the ocean. The apartment itself is very clean and it didn't take long for us to feel like it's home. Location wise, there's plenty of food and shops around within... More

Have just spent the week up at Cotton tree with the family. This was a beautiful place to stay with well appointed rooms. The views were amazing across the Maroochydore River and out to the Beach. The facilities were immaculate in presentation from the pool to the gardens. Easy walking distance to shops, beach and various restaurants.

We stayed in 2 apartments for a family get together (nos. 34 & 35). Our apartment (34)faced the ocean - I think we had about 240 degree views - it was fantastic - the views from the living room were spectacular!! We could also lie in bed and enjoy the view, and there was a large, wraparound balcony with sunlounges... More

We arrived on a Wednesday, around 5 pm - unfortunately the reception had already closed at 4 pm. We got the keys out of a safe, so far so good. The reception area had been updated and gave a modern, tasteful impression. We had Unit 13 on the 1st floor, when we entered the appartment there was quite a strong... More

We just spent the last five nights in a beautiful unit facing the ocean. The unit was spacious and clean, with everything that we needed. The view was stunning. The management were friendly and efficient. I particularly enjoyed my long walks on the beach. As always, it was difficult to leave such a relaxing place. Until next time!
