We have visited this campsite before on what was our first outing as campers, knowing nothing whatsoever about the experience ahead, we found Ben to be charming and helpful. We are currently back for another prolonged stay and cannot rate this lovely site high enough. It has all the facilities anyone would need in the most stunning location. It is...

I have mixed feelings about our camping experience to Cotton Tree. Our campsite was perfect - right on the water. We had an unpowered site however we were advised that we had a powered beachfront site on the phone. We were therefore unprepared for no power having brought everything required for power. When questioning the staff about this there response...

We loved it here and would definitely come back again. Surf beach on one side, river on the other. Girls in reception are really nice and let us walk the park to see a couple of recommended sites before we chose one. Sites themselves were pretty good size (we stayed on powered tent site). Water and power were easy to...

Stayed with a friend in a caravan. Great location with very friendly staff. Gets very windy at the sites closest to the beach but not so bad along the river/inlet where it's very nice so would recommend trying to get there if you want a water front site.

Stayed here for a night and it was a really great spot. Right on the river and beach so you can just walk straight over the dunes to the surf or to the river mouth. Facilities were of good quality and the campsites are well laid out. Stayed in the non-powered tent sites which are right off the beach and...

We had just got off a long haul flight from the UK in Brisbane at the end of November, picked up a van and happened upon the Cotton Tree site a few hours later. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we were given a lovely waterfront spot which was a wonderful place to rest up and amazing to...

Cotton Tree Caravan Park is so popular with the Ocean on 1 side and Waterfront on the other. There are all the amenities you need...

We were booked in by Ben who couldn't have been more helpful. He made us feel really welcome which after a tough day and the first day in our hired campervan was really appreciated. He even gave us a spot near the camp kitchen as he knew the van was quite small and we'd be making use of the kitchen....

It's a great park if you have a waterfront site I wouldn't stay here if I didn't. I want an outlook and other than the waterfront there's not really any outlook. You can't book a waterfront just have to be lucky. Staff on the phone aren't helpful at all but once here I couldn't fault them they are very helpful not...
