I stayed for two nights. I had fuelled up at Wilpena Pound and found them a grumpy bunch site thought I would try Rawnsley Station. So glad I did. The camp itself is clean spacious and has all the amenities you could want. Camp kitchen was huge with Telstra connection. Bbq's, each cabin has a fire pit outside too. Nature...

Great park lovely facilities. Stayed a week with family over two sites. Great base camp to explore the area. Dinner at the on site restaurant was a highlight. Definitely recommend the walk up the Bluff (not for the faint hearted but totally worth it).

We were planning on staying at the Wilpena Resort during our time in the Flinders Ranges, but thank goodness we decided on Rawnsley Park instead! The staff are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and accommodating. The park itself is neat, clean and spacious. After all my whinging on our trip we FINALLY got to swim in a pool, and...

Myself, my mother and my friend have been camping through central Australia for over a month. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed. The amenities where spotless, camp kitchen had everything we needed and campground was shady. Even though there where quiet a few people it still seemed very private. All staff where very friendly...

Stayed at the cabins and they were perfectly good (semi) budget accommodation. Great views of the Pound. Good location as close enough to park to have not so long drives (compared with say staying in Hawker). Staff were friendly. 2 bedroom cabin was enough room for 2 people.. 4 would be a squeeze (if all adults that is). The cabins...

The trip westward to see the Flinders Ranges, Wilpena Pound and Lake Eyre had been one of our desires for a long time and we were not disappointed. In particular our accommodation. With our caravan and little female Jack Russell, Sooky, and other friends from Newcastle, we booked into Rawnsley Park Station. We were greeted by Julie and Julie who...

The front half of the camping ground and newest ablution block was closed when we arrived but by the time we left there were quite a few campers there. Was disappointed that with a lot of sites available we weren't able to choose our own site and instead packed in pretty close to others. We found it unusual. Great BBQ...

This a a very nice place to discover the Flinders Ranges. The cabins are very nice situated and very clean. There are several walks in the area and in 30 minutes driving you are at Wilpena Pound. It is a fantastic place if you are looking for a basic but very clean and nice place in nature.
