If you must stay in this area, this is top notch. Very clean hotel and rooms. Very friendly staff, great fitness space. Decor is modern and up to date with great special design. Absolute no negatives I can think of. Breakfast was basic. There are several hotels clustered in this area, including a tesla charger at sheets, a good but noisy Mexican restaurant, a Starbucks and Panera. All surrounded by highway and freight trains. The outdoor air is not fresh. The hotel is bright and crisp

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night during a snow storm that hit the Cleveland area brand new property, clean rooms, great shower, great general manager that knows the hotel business very well hats off to Cyndi and her team for an exceptional stay

This Fairfield property is impressive and very modern! Service was excellent! Hotel staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Lowana and Patricia did an excellent job to make sure our breakfast was a wonderful experience!

Nice location, was so happy to find this newish hotel off the 480 highway in Brooklyn, close and easy access to anything. When first arriving one does need to do a bit of searching as it's off road with a bit hidden but once you do you'll remember. Lots of places to eat nearby or a short drive from hotel as well. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, which by the way you can get bottle of water out of a fridge in lobby, though we stayed four days and found out on last day about this, but something to remember. We were in town for wedding and was a perfect west side centralized location. Our room was on top floor which was super nice and had decent view. There is a train track that goes by hotel, personally we loved the sound as we love trains, may bother some people a little but really it was no issue. Only issue we had and i suggest avoiding is the room was right in middle so near the elevators, which made it some what noisy in morning. Also, the walls can be thin, so if can get an end room would be best. Room itself was perfectly designed and super clean with some cool features. Very comfortable bed and sofa area was very nice and loving the Marriott tv's with the cable but also streaming abilities. Will stay again.…

Lowanna and Patricia who are Breakfast staff went above and beyond. The breakfast area was always clean and the breakfast items, were plentiful always stocked. This hotels staff went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. We were in for a wedding and we were no more than 20 minutes from everything. Consider staying here if you are going to the Cleveland area. Also, they are 8 minutes from the airport and plenty of restaurants, stores within 1.5 miles of location. Can't recommend enough!

This hotel is immaculate from guest rooms to shared bathrooms. People could not be more friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay again! Breakfast (and people servicing) excellent! Great location and convenient. Hand out earplugs at checkin for trains but not really necessary. Slept great.

We enjoyed the CLEAN rooms and especially how friendly all the staff members were. Took my grandkids and they were treated very well and with such respect. Angie who oversaw the breakfast was wonderful. She was so attentive and replied to all requests with a smile and went out of her way to talk to the children and make sure the breakfast items were available to all as they arrived.

We spent 2 nights here and the staff is very friendly rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. Would like to give and extra shout out to Lowana & Patricia, they made our breakfast a very enjoyable one and they not only kept things clean and organized and always filled but they also interacted and talked with us which made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again
