Very evident the bathroom was not cleaned in between guests. We didn't even feel like we could use the shower during our stay it was so dirty. The rest of the room was fairly clean. The building overall is kind of run down and dirty looking.

Parts of our stay were great - we arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the man working the front desk. He set us up quickly with extra bedding and got us on the shuttle list. The room was spacious and well laid out The shuttle to the airport was packed and a little frantic, but otherwise fine. It was a quick drive to the airport. When we arrived back from our trip we found that the 4 catalytic converters were stolen from our truck while it was in the parking lot. This was an important reminder to us that a) the parking lot is not secured by a fence and b) there was not parking lot security. Our recommendation is not to stay and park here if you want secure, patrolled parking.

Room clean, bed comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Shuttle service prompt and friendly. Car in a well lit parking lot with tall fence. Safe and secure. Hotel 7 minutes from airport. Would recommend for a hassle free park sleep and fly.

Old hotel that has lots of business. Easy chairs in room dirty and ripped. The shuttle driver Greg very warm and friendly. Closet La Quinta to airport. Took and picked us from the rental car. Adequate breakfast.

Staff was very helpful. The shuttle driver and front desk were helpful. I was there to visit a relative who had hours to live in a nearby hospital. They were willing to use their airport shuttle to help get me to the hospital. The property was just ok, but the people I worked with would make me stay there again.

We like to stay here because it's convenient and we know that the shuttle will get us to the airport on time. They are also very quick to pick us up when we get back...can't beat the price either, For a relaxing night before we leave and we know we are leaving our car in a safe place.

Room was filthy. Dog hair all over bed. Dust and dirt behind nightstands. Garbage and food all over floor. Fridge and microwave was disgusting. Dead bugs in window sill. Hair in shower. When ask the girl said couldn't be hair in shower cause she used mop that moped floor with. Yuck.

We stayed at the hotel one night. It was OK for the price. We were going to be gone most the day and, just needed a place clean and safe to sleep and grab a shower. The hallway carpets were new, the elevator was broke, and our bathroom was clean, but had older fixtures. The tub had rust stains, speckles at one end. We stayed on the backside, so the outside noise was minimal, but the inside noise was very loud. The people across the hall had several kids or a few kids but they’re door kept slamming well into the night and kids or noise of people yelling. We were traveling with a small dog, so she was barking most the night because of the hallway noise. It was a decent location right off the freeway 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. There were several restaurants in the area.

i borrowed an umbrella. And i could keep my bag in the front desk after checkout till air flight. It helped me a lot. Breakfast were very helpful for me. Location was perfect for me to use transit often between airport and universality circle.

The hotel is very loud. Grounds not kept up. Could see into my room from hallway... screws falling out of door locks.. Would never stay again. Bathroom fan was extremely loud. The gym area didnt have any sort of sanitation wipes or water.
