We found the hotel to be a nice surprise. Room was spacious (we had a suite), beds wonderfully comfortable, room was quiet, great shower, microwave and mini-refrigerator in the room, good television reception, free internet access in the room, electrical outlets easily accessible. There was...More
The hotel is beautiful. The decor gives a 1920's vibe while the rooms are completely modern. Beautiful hardwood floors, a super comfy bed, and dual shower-heads in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was good in the morning. Our first morning a lady...More
When we arrived, there was someone in our room with the security hinge closed (squatter). The staff apologized and said that the only room left was smoking which we declined. A really wonderful young man named Carvel (front desk) called several local hotels, and he...More
This hotel may be one of my favorite things in Cleveland (along w/ the botanical garden, art museum). The wood floors were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the room clean. The breakfast was decent. The staff friendly. I really loved the old architecture with...More
Checking in was quick. Valet service (mandatory) was good. Of course the cookies were great. The hotel is in a historic building and the renovation was tasteful, not taking away the character of the place.
Room was great, spacious and modern decoration the contrasted nicely...More

I am sure you can park, and take the shuttle, although I doubt your room would be ready for you to check in. They stay pretty booked. Also, be aware that parking is valet only, and allow a little extra time for that. The clinic shuttle does not run directly to this hotel, and the hotel provides their shuttle service that only runs about every 30 minutes, and also may take a little extra time. It starts early, around 6am, but ends around 10pm, so if you have someone who is admitted unexpectedly (the way we did from the office appointment) make sure you keep this in mind. (The police were nice enough to bring us back.) The clinic shuttle does pick up and drop off across the street. The hotel is lovely, but also be aware that their are big differences between some rooms. If you would like a refrigerator, or a bath tub, make sure you specifically request those. Not all rooms have either. In retrospect, we enjoyed the stay, but the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic was more convenient.
