I can’t thank the staff at this hotel enough. We were there for an extremely stressful time in our lives, with my Mother being in the ICU. When we got off the plane a gentleman picked us up in their shuttle and he immediately made us feel like family! He was so kind when he heard why we were there, and asked when we would be going to the hospital. I let him know and he told me not to worry about my daughter and I taking an Uber, because the hotel would provide us transportation back and forth as many times as we wanted to go. What a relief that was for me, because I was fearful about my daughter and I traveling alone in an unknown city by ourselves. They were never bothered or aggravated each time we asked for a ride, but instead encouraged us to ask and reassured us that it was ok. Every person that drove us back and forth were so kind and made us feel like we were their own family. Also, I’m extremely allergic to dogs so we had requested prior to that to have a room that typically didn’t have dogs (the higher level floors), but was mistakenly put in a lower floor. The hotel was booked to the max but the front desk quickly fixed it, and got us in one of the room’s on the top floor. The room felt so cozy and inviting. It was refreshing and comforting to see, after all the stress and a long day of flying. The beds were really comfortable too. We ate all of our meals in at the hotel restaurant to have as much time with my mom as possible, and the kitchen staff and waitress were all so friendly and inviting. The food was great too!! The last day we were there, they had a gentlemen who was very entertaining, singing and playing the guitar in the lobby and we relaxed by the fireplace before returning home. I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service with the genuine kindness from every single one of the staff we encountered going above and beyond for us. They all also continuously asked how my Mom was doing and if we needed anything. What was an anxious and scary trip for my daughter and I l, became a million times better because of the amazing employees there! We will be returning soon and this time I know I will feel secure about where we will be staying, which takes a huge load off of my mind. This hotel definitely has a 5 star rating from me because there is literally nothing that could have been done better!!…

Courteous staff, clean room with necessary amenities. Leaving vehicle for an out of town trip. Location near airport and history of good service led me to stay here. I was not disappointed. Will stay here again.

The staff is friendly and accommodating but the hotel needs some serious upgrades. I slept terrible due to the noise I could hear in rooms next to me as well as the hall. Multiple times I felt like people or staff were knocking on my door and/or entering my room just by simply being in the hall or entering a nearby room. Most hotels you can hear doors nearby but you don’t feel like someone is about to walk in on you. If you’re booking for the fitness room, book elsewhere. It’s OK if you’re using the treadmill but the elliptical didn’t even work and it’s SO much smaller than the picture implies and you can barely think in that space much less move and actually “work out” and if someone else is working out, be prepared to wait until they’re done! whoever designed it clearly doesn’t know much about fitness …

The time the shuttle driver picked us up at 11:30 pm until we left we had a no excuses quality stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again going in/out of the Cleveland airport. I actually felt the staff was interested in our satisfaction. VERY rare these days.

Stayed the same weekend that both the baseball and football teams were playing at home, so all the hotel rooms in Cleveland were over priced. This was the most reasonably priced, was only 20 minutes from the ballfield. Appreciate the ability to check in early online and pick your own room. Although the hotel is right by the airport, the soundproofing is great and we did not hear any of the planes. Could actually see the planes coming in to land which was neat. The room was spacious, had a king size bed. The room was clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciated the Keurig in the room, as there was no coffee available in the lobby. The TV in the room was actually quite large in size compared to most.We did not try the hotel room service or a restaurant as we mainly just used it to sleep. The blackout shades were not the most effective and would have appreciated if housekeeping did not knock in the morning when we had left the privacy sign on the door. Noon checkout time is great. Overall very solid establishment, Do appreciate hotels that for the same price provide free breakfast in the morning but this was not one of them.…

Quick overnight as we were on the road all day and catching a flight out of Cleveland early the next morning. Service at check in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean & comfortable. Can't say anything about the ammenities as we were really only there for about 8 hours from check in to check out. If I was in the area again I would stay here again.

We stayed here for the stay, park & shuttle to the airport. When we were checking in & filling out the paperwork that included start & end dates, I asked them about the fact that we come back 5/8, but technically 5/9 as our plain lands @ 12:10am. They didn’t tell us the last shuttle leaves at midnight. When looking up for just the room the rate was $159. With the park & stay we paid $298. Had we known we were going to pay for a taxi to get back to the hotel which was $17 ($25 w/tip) we would have stayed for the convenience of how close it was & then would have just paid to park at the airport which would have been cheaper. That person checking us in SHOULD HAVE given us the information to give us that option knowing that I told him we would be landing after their last shuttle!!! They did not have the shuttle times advertised when signing up for the park & shuttle option either!!!! Feel like they ripped us off for their own profit & we had to fend for ourselves to get back!…

excellent highly recommend this hotel clean great food very very nice staff if you are looking for a hotel close to fairview hospital look no further. My husband and I arrived for his surgery at the fairview hospital for a 10 day stay. even offered me a shuttle service
