I've stayed in some sketchy hotels but this is by far the priciest "lipstick on a pig" hotel I've ever stayed in. The sign may say "Wyndham" but the ambiance and vibe screams, "rundown HoJos". When I arrived (around 5:30 PM) I was not recognized as a Diamond member nor did I receive a Welcome Amenity. It seemed like the front desk staff was going through the motions and trying to get through the day. I chose an Executive Room thinking it was going to have a little more space but it was just a standard-sized room. Although the room itself wasn't too bad (though the lights on the headboard didn't work), the bathroom was awful; toilet paper holder literally at my knee level, tub stopped up while taking a shower (and when it drained there was a lot of shaved hair in there - none of which was mine), water took 5 minutes to get lukewarm. Also no fan in the bathroom. The parking lot was sketchy and poorly lit as well. Even as a male I felt a little uncomfortable walking to/from my car. About the best thing I can say about this location is that it's about 10 minutes form the car rental drop off but nothing much better than that. If I'm back in the area again I won't be staying at this hotel again.…

The hotel grounds were dirty and very worn. I was seriously concerned about leaving car overnight. Hotel was clean, but very outdated. Carpet was stained and had snags and rips. The lock on room did not lock properly. I can’t believe that this is a Wyndham. I will seriously think about staying at another Wyndham.

MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS STOLEN WHILE PARKED IN WYNDAM’S PARKING LOT. STAFF Made no mention of this problem at check in. I was specifically told to PARK ALL THE WAY BACK. I would give a -5 rating if it was possible.

When we arrived, we were told that there were no double beds left even though it was what we reserved. We were given only one bed for 3 people. One of our people had to sleep on a couch that had no pillows, sheets or blankets. House keeping and the front desk refused to help after asking several times over the course of an hour and a half. On top of that, the shower had a massive back up and we were told that we couldn't have a plunger to fix it ourselves and we'd have to wait until the next day to have maintenance fix it. Our room was not discounted or comped even though we know others in our block received such treatment. Wyndham in all states will be taken off of our approved hotels in the future as we do quite a bit of traveling for business.

We did not stay the night. We used the park and fly option. DO NOT park here. We parked for 10 days and came home to our car minus the catalytic converter. I didn't know that there were NO security cameras and the gate was broken. Hotel employee and security guard said, "Sorry" They said we could file police report but police would likely not come for 2-3 hours. It was 2 am and we were tired from travelling all day. This hotel should be eliminated from the Park and Fly options. Although the rates were cheap, the car repair was not.

Our first time traveling from Cleveland Airport & since our flight was early, we came to this hotel, which is close to the airport; it advertised safe parking & a free shuttle to the airport! We left on nov 26 at 6:50 in the morning. As we walked towards the shuttle we see this guy coming in , saying his Cadillac was stolen from the parking. The shuttle was waiting for us, so we left & we thought nobody wants our car. Also we parked it under a light post & close to the door. And that’s when we saw our car the last time! We came back from our vacation after a week & our Kia Sorento was gone!!! Spoke with manager who said they are not responsible & got only a sorry about that! Called the police @ 8:15 & here I am with my 7 yrs old at 11:00pm still waiting for the police! Avoid this hotel! Avoid Cleveland airport!…

They had poor reviews however we called the hotel and asked questions. They were responsive so we stayed. Room was clean,comfortable and quiet though a little dated. Restaurant was not operational nor the pool but we did not need either. Shuttle was prompt. I'm sure they are working on all issues as new owners.

We had to go to three rooms to find one we could spend one night in. The first room had a blown circuit breaker with no lights. The second room reeked of smoke. Breakfast was terrible -- the eggs were hard, I literally could not cut through the pancake with a knife and there was no coffee. We were going to stay three nights, but we left after one night to stay anywhere else. This was the worst hotel experience of my 50+ years of travelling.

Wyndham should de-flag this hotel as it is the worst representative of their brand. Had no choice but to stay during an overnight layover. Gave the front desk host my airline voucher, and they accepted it, but ended up charging me $200 anyways. I will be disputing it with my credit card.

Worst hotel ! They have no microwaves in the rooms, elevators are compeletey broken they open before they even reach the floor , I had trouble getting in my room , they lied about breakfast being included , charge 12 dollars a plate , lady in front desk tried to keep charging me when I paid thru a hotel app told me I had to give her an extra $100 cash TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
