Worst customer service we have ever experienced, since there was not any. We used the Way app to book our airport parking at the hotel. In the past, you simply call the hotel once you have your bags and they come pick you up in the shuttle, not this time. My family and I waited outside in 30 degree weather for over an hour trying to get in touch with someone. We called the front desk 20+ times and continued to get a busy signal. We called the 1800 number 3 times and was told to wait outside and the shuttle will come. After getting fed up and spending $25 on an Uber to travel 3 miles we find the hotel has been shut down due to fire safety violations. No one at the 1800 number told us that. There wasn’t anything on their website. Their voicemail was not updated to notify guests. Although I did not stay at the hotel, my experience with the facility and their customer service was terrible.

They didn't change towels or sheets between guests!! If that's not enough to convince you to avoid it, the ice machines don't work, the halls stink and are dirty, the bathroom doors don't fit, the staff seems overwhelmed, the shuttle driver may never arrive, the furniture is tired, and now the restaurant is closed. We complained to Marriott and got some points as compensation. If everyone complained, maybe they'd do something. They should be embarrassed.

I would rather sleep under a railroad bridge than ever stay here again. This hotel is owned by a foreign company that also owned the other Marriott hotel by the airport - until it was seized by the tax authorities for failure to pay their taxes. The company's strategy is to extract every rental fee they can get and not put a penny back into the hotel. As a titanium elite Marriott member I notified Marriott about how bad this place is - and asked them if they ever inspect their hotels and received a canned response which didn't address any of the issues I raised. As for the issues, the desk clerk is beyond rude. She was on a personal call and made us wait for 5 minutes before she acknowledged us and finally checked us in, while she was on the phone with her friend during the entire process. The advertised restaurant on premise has been closed for over a year. The room I had was falling apart, the bed linens were filthy, the room was frigid, and the curtains did not shut. When I went to try to change rooms, they refused at first telling me that my room was fine. When I persisted,-another much nicer staff member changed my room and then told me to avoid using the swimming pool - because it hadn't been cleaned in months. He also told me there was a rat infestation. After finally getting to sleep at 6 A.M. the fire alarm went off. No one came to try to help evacuate. When I approached the front desk the person and asked if it was a real emergency, the person just shrugged their shoulders and turned their back. Finally the fire department came and said it was a false alarm. This is a hell hole.

My room wasn't cleaned once during my six night stay, I had to ask for new towells which weren't very nice. Restaurant not opened at all, rooms are very dated and no maintenance has been carried out for a long time. The lifts make you feel like they are going to stop working at any point. I stayed here four years ago and it was lovely, honestly couldn't have been any worse this time round

Well, we are Marriott members and expected the typical Marriott cleanliness. Our room # 425 has filthy dust hanging from the bathroom vent, there is an empty candy wrapper under the nightstand to the right of the bed facing it and the shower wasn’t the cleanest. In fact, I wore my beach shoes in the shower. There are EMPTY dispensers for shower soap, conditioner and shampoo although there were travel size bottles of the same on the bathroom counter. On a positive note, the check in staff is friendly; the availability of park and stay is most convenient but we were/are disappointed in the condition of the room. Maybe the pandemic has adversely affected this Sheraton….

My expierence started with the staff unable to check me without a phone call to a manager because I was using a third party like Expedia. It seems they put all their money into the lobby area which was inviting and looked clean. My family only used the elevator once as they were scared it would get stuck as it would jostle and shake when moving and the smell of the hydraulic oil was overpowering in the elevator car. The bathroom had no soap, or fan and the walls were cracked and we had mold in the corners of the tub. The room door was missing the bar lock, our other room was missing a smoke alarm, the tub wouldn't drain and had a mysterious dried liquid on my bedside table I had to clean myself, as the staff had me looking around the hotel for cleaning supplies they couldnt find. The pools was out of service for unknown reasons, hallway cooridors had stained ceiling tiles and doors misisng handles and room had peeling wall paper. Locals stated that Four Points were known for taking over run down older hotels and slowly renovating or doing poor renovations under the guise of the Marriot name. My youngest thought it was cool as we were close to halloween and she thought the place was haunted. Life is too short to stay here, you have been warned.

Sleeping on a road in a 3rd world country would be better. Words can't describe the horrendous operation of this hotel. Non-working shower, missing TV, dirty room/sheets, no front desk staff, filthy elevator, the list goes on. An absolute disaster. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I read the reviews for the hotel ahead of time and it's much cheaper than any other Marriott property, so kinda knew what it would be. Hard to describe why, but it just feels unsafe there as you have to park way at the back of this skinny parking lot. The room is kinda musty and old, it's like a motel 6 type of place. I'd probably just pay a bit more and stay somewhere if I had to do it again.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We travel weekly for hockey and I have never experienced such a dump of a hotel. Had to park at the the end of the parking lot because it was full of cars I am assuming that were parked for the airport. We had a guy watch us from the end of the parking lot as we unloaded our bags at 10pm. Then as we walked to the front door a group of masked teenagers in ski masks walked through the parking lot, (It was 60 degrees out) After we walked in we checked in after a 10 minute wait because the front desk attendant was overwhelmed. After checking in we walked across the entire hotel to get to the elevator. Once inside it smelled like a combination of burning rubber and axel grease. The smell emanated throughout the entire floor that we were on. Inside the room only got worse. The comforters were stained, the carpet had grass and ground in gum on it. The bathroom door was warped and did not close, the shower was awful, dirty and my teenage son was disgusted that he had to use it. Thank goodness we travel with clorox wipes and lysol spray. I wish we would have turned around like the rest of our team and found another hotel. As a Marriott member I am beyond disappointed. Do not stay at this hotel!!!

This was a rough hotel, probably the worst Marriott property I've ever encountered. I couldn't quite put my finger on what the smell was, but it was so pervasive and strong throughout the hotel that I felt dizzy and disoriented. The front desk staff was nice enough, but the person who brought me to the airport for my Park N Fly package told me all about his personal problems with another colleague, which was uncomfortable. I chose to ride the RTA back to the hotel so I didn't have to interact with the Park N Fly driver again. I passed by the pool, it looked like it was straight out of the 70's. Got in the elevator, and it rumbled and the doors opened and closed and the elevator didn't move, and I didn't want to get stuck so I took the stairs to the 4th floor for the rest of my visit. The smell was the worst part. I travel often as a near-Titanium Elite member (70 nights this year) and this was the worst hotel I've stayed at this year and probably ever. I don't recommend this hotel. The property is old and in disrepair. It should be taken out of the Marriott portfolio and converted to a budget place.
