Was in town with colleagues for 5 days for a convention. Arrived early on a Wednesday morning about 7:30am. Expected to store luggage behind the desk until regular check-in at 3pm. Desk clerk said he had two rooms ready and we could go right up and recommended a better parking space at a lower cost than we were expecting. Room was amazing. Spacious, lots of storage, everything was impeccably clean. We were in Tower 2 and walked the skybridge to Tower 1 for the convention. Super rooms for the meetings and the breakfast provided was outstanding with the staff moving like clockwork keeping things stocked and the tables cleared.
Came back that evening and slept in the softest, most comfortable bed with the best pillows after using the spacious bathroom. All quality towels, sheets, blankets. Real toilet paper like you would buy for your home. Quality soaps and shampoos. Great layout to sit and work on the computer, nice out of the way fridge, and great TV set. Staff was incredibly nice and professional. Super close to great places to eat and drink.
The location is perfect and close to any kind of food you could want including vegan, gluten free, etc. all within walking distance. And it's right by Nationwide Arena.
I've stayed in many places, but this is the nicest and best hotel I have ever stayed at in my 61 years on this earth. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to downtown Columbus, Ohio for business or pleasure.

Family of four staying for one night for the Savannah Bananas game. Valet and check in was a breeze even though we were about an hour early. The hotel was in a great area of Columbus and we felt very safe walking around at night.
We were in room 1566 - the room was clean AC was comfortable at 68, bedding was fresh and mattresses were comfortable.
The pool area was smaller but enough for a quick swim for our kids.
We used room service for breakfast. All items were accounted for and delivered within 30 mins. The Mascarpone pancakes and fruit plate were great, the breakfast burger had too much garlic.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when in the downtown area again.

I recommend you don't include breakfast with the room, and for longer stays they are very nice about giving you free cleaning service. Terrible hotel if you are interested in sleeping or comfort. My husband is a diamond member and we received an email that we were upgraded. It was more like degraded. The bed was uncomfortable with cheap bedding and standard size pillows pillows for a king bed. The AC wall unit was extremely loud..Motel 6 hotels have quieter units. Our room was also placed directly across from the Novak bar with screaming patrons and loud music until 2 am each night. When complained to the employee at desk they offered ear plugs and indicated all even number rooms faced the noisy bar. It would have been nice if that was mentioned on check in. Our check in was not until late the first night or we would have requested a change of room. We were exhausted at the end of our stay from lack of sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean and the free breakfast acceptable. Good location for restaurants. only reason for a 2 star. This hotel did not live up to the Hilton standards and the price they charged per night.

I am not sure why hotels need to have the fire alarm flash every 30 seconds. I am happy they have one. But by 3am I was about to pull that thing off the wall! The hvac system is also in the room and makes an inconsistent humming oscillating noise. It was a low enough frequency to not be able to be noise cancelled by my Boise head phones. Even turned off entirely the unit still made noise. Wtf hotel what’s with this? I feel sleep deprived at 4 am now and I am thinking about going to the parking lot to sleep. However I don’t remember how to get there because it’s such a maze and the front desk person said the access ramp is gated off at this time so I can’t even get to my freakin car if I wanted to! Road noise is also loud but understandably out of their control and not the reason I am not sleeping and writing this in the elevator area while waiting on the day to start! Front desk offered me a water bottle for my troubles and at 3am has horrible music blaring. It does look fancy and clean. Shower pressure is still “a hotel” so I didn’t bother washing my hair. But my body didn’t even get washed off from the soap. I was at end of hall so noise level is better. But you can hear all conversations in hallway floor above you. If you stay at the convention center, I have had way better experiences with Hyatt. I hope this saves someone the trouble I had.

We are Hilton Diamond and spend about 40 or more days a year in hotels, and I can confidently say, this was one of the best stays we have ever had. We were there for 4 nights and everything was great.
From the friendly valet team, to the front desk staff, to the well thought out rooms, we had no complaints. We stayed in a corner suite in Tower 402 and it was fantastic. The room is so well put together and I feel like they thought of everything. From a giant drawer under the sink in the bathroom (there is usually never enough room to store your stuff in a bathroom), to the multiple full-length mirrors, automatic curtains, and basket left outside our door with chocolates and toiletries because we had the Privacy sign up.
If you are traveling for an event at the Convention Center, you can not find a better location. It is easy to get to and there are also plenty of great food options right at the hotel. If you want to try something different, it's an easy walk over to Tower 401 for other options.
This hotel is in a great location for walking to local restaurants and stores. There is plenty nearby to keep you entertained. We felt very safe in the area and would definitely stay here again!

As a Hilton Honors member, I was very disappointed in this stay. We reserved a suite in the NEW tower, 402 High Street, requesting a corner suite a/o a view of the downtown. Upon arrival, we found the doors locked and no valet service. When a front desk person finally noticed us outside, they came and directed us across the street for our room, which is NOT what we reserved. The room we were given had a lovely view - of a parking deck. That was all.
Room service: i ordered coffee and a soft drink in the morning. The delivery person handed me a bag with a coke in it and a carafe of coffee. No cup, no ice, no tray, no cream/sugar, just a carafe. Seriously, this is how room service is these days?
We will not book this hotel again. The bait and switch was never explained, nor was any discount offered.

I was a little confused before arriving at the Hilton Columbus Downtown as I found two address. Yes, 401 and 402 N High Street. Well… the Hilton has two hotels across the street from each other. They are connected by a covered walk over bridge.
I stayed at 402 but visited 401 to collect some parcels that were delivered to the Hilton for me.
Check in was without hassle and the chap gave me some recommendations on places to go for dinner and also provided maps of near by places to eat. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. I had the option of everyday room cleaning or how often I needed it. The room had a room safe, microwave and mini fridge.
My interaction with the front desk personnel was always friendly and they were alway very helpful whether it was asking a simple question, calling a taxi or for direction.
I always had breakfast at the Fyr restaurant. Again the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant. The breakfast menu had a wide selection of option or you could have opted for the buffet. The best thing was that you could order eggs however you wanted them and then have anything from the buffet for the buffer rate.
Taxis were outside of the hotel most of the time. On inquiring if taxis would be available at 4am, the guy at the front desk highly recommended a taxi service….their go to guy. I called and booked a pickup and the taxi was there 10 mins before my prearranged pickup time.
Security feature of the hotel was a plus. In order to get access to the room floors you have to use your room key to activate the elevator. Once you activated the key pad you could then select your floor and the elevator would work.
Highly recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay was top notch!
Loved the pillows and the shower especially. Valet workers were very prompt and friendly. We would definitely stay there again! We felt like it was located in a location easily accessible to our daughter’s house at the University and to Easton

Made a reservation via points for a Thursday-Sunday stay but then conditions changed and we needed to modify the reservation to Friday-Sunday. Called and was told that they would have to cancel my reservation and then rebook a new reservation. Also said there were no rooms available of the type I had booked which is impossible as we had an existing reservation with that room type. Went in circles with two different customer support representatives to no avail. They were nice and professional but ultimately were of zero help. Very frustrating that something I have done so easily with other hotel chains was made so difficult by Hilton. The only option was to cancel and naturally that room was apparently not released back into the system and the only available room was 130,000 points per night, roughly three times the points per night on my initial reservation. Horrible experience from a chain that I already felt was in decline.

Good Afternoon!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have EV charging stations in Vine St. garage and our valet team will assist you in sourcing these. Unfortunately there is not a way to reserve a charging station. If unavailable, you are able to utilize the ones located at the Goodale garage. The address for Goodale Garage is 70 E Goodale Street. The Goodale charging stations are $2 per hour, and are fast charging. There are also charging stations in the Ohio Center Garage, located at 300 S 3rd Street. The charging stations there are included with the price of parking in the garage. I hope that helps!
Hi Ginny, our indoor pool and hot tub are open everyday from 6am - 10:00pm. Franklin County has an indoor mask policy in place which requires masks be worn in all indoor public areas.

Our pool is 40' long by 14' wide.
You can do either. When you pull in you can either valet or self park (we self parked). Then we went in and checked in. At check in they will give you a parking pass (looks like a room key) to get in and out of the garage. It is a little confusing at first to get to the hotel from the garage. Just look for and follow the signs.
