You should not have any issues with ice machines not working in your freezer in the room. Most of the time guests do not turn on the ice makers to have them begin to make ice as we clean out the freezer after each guest... More
You should not have any issues with ice machines not working in your freezer in the room. Most of the time guests do not turn on the ice makers to have them begin to make ice as we clean out the freezer after each guest departs and place the ice makers in the off position. We do not have ice machines in any other way on property other than the ones in the rooms.
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each and every guest departure. While there may be a heavy smoke smell in our smoking rooms you should not feel like our housekeeping staff does not take cleaning smoking rooms as serious as our non-smoking rooms.
Thank you for considering our hotel and I apologize for the delay in responding to your question. I recently became the new General Manager at the property and it took a little longer to gain access to Trip Advisor.
