We stay at Quality Inn's often. They are well kept up and a great value. This inn to no different. Good staff, great breakfast and nice rooms and public areas. Since my review needs be two hundred characters here it is ?????
Had 3 rooms for 8 days and was scheduled to stay 9 but done early. Still charged for 9 or rate was going raise after a week stay to nightly rate. Seriously? Breakfast was just ok , beds a bit stiff as well as pillows. One of my rooms the refrigerator did not work and asked first day to fix or change it out and that never happened. Plenty of parking even for big trucks and restaurants within walking distance. If rates were same for whole stay a great place but wont be back and wont suggest to my other crews.
We've stayed here before and it was fine, but not this time. Check in at 4:30 pm was ok, except upon arrival we were told the pool was closed "by the manager for no particular reason" ( the outdoor pool was the only reason we chose this hotel over others, and there was clearly nothing wrong with it). When we came back to our room later that evening to sleep, my bed had DAMP sheets and pillowcases. Breakfast was terrible, you could see that there was clearly something very wrong with the waffle batter, the yogurt was rotten, the eggs were cold. The vending machines were all sold out of water but it doesn't tell you that until AFTER you put the money in, one machine only gave us back half our money. We won't stay here again. Oh, and there are signs in the room saying they will "sell you a clock or towel or sheet etc. for $25 since they are so popular" - news flash for Mr. Manager: anyone who can afford $90 a night doesn't need to steal your cheap towels and you should look elsewhere for people to blame. We definitely won't stay here again.…
An amazing stay...great breakfast area where you can use the room to sit later in the day. Staff very friendly. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Price very reasonable. Well located close to shopping, restaurants etc.
Spent hours finding the hotel, reserving and then confirming a King Bed Suite, No Smoking. However, someone in the Choice system changed our reservation to a smoking queen room. When we arrived, our room, a suite, had been given away. They gave us a queen no smoking room. This was not functional for us, so my husband spent at least an hour on the phone with the reservation line, trying to change it. No manager on site or available by phone and they did not make any correction or offer any compensation. The hotel blamed corporate and corporate blamed the hotel. We were told they regularly overbook. Had a child who was already very tired, so we took the incorrect room. When we asked them the next day to correct it , they told us that they don't even offer those 2 room suites on points or perhaps they would offer them if we paid the difference in costs. The problem was we made the reservation for that room on those points and confirmed it on the phone with a live representative. We were never given an opportunity or notified of any change. A couple of things needed repair, including quite a bit of rust in the pool area. The pool (in June) was not open all weekend. The hotel itself and breakfast were nice and staff that was present seemed to want to help. However, the problem with our room negated any positives for us, resulting in poor sleep for us at the beginning of our vacation. If your room selection is important, I suggest choosing another chain, as I will in the future.…
