The view of the amazing Pir panjal range as you wake up in the morning, is spectacular. The staff is courteous and service oriented. Though a Government run establishment, it is well maintained and comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 days and were Happy staying here, more so because of its Staff, who are extremely warm and polite, playing the perfect host. The hotel is neat and clean , with rooms maintained properly. The rooms have a balcony which gives you an excellent view of the snow capped mountains. The room size is pretty good...

The room was pretty decent with a very nice view of the hills. It was more like a wooden cottage from inside. The hotel being government run is a reasonable place to stay in dalhousie. It is closer to the bus stand. We booked a super deluxe room and were pretty happy with it. Room was big and had a...

The rooms were large, with wide glass-covered windows providing an excellent view of the greenery and hills. The rooms were spotlessly clean; the linens and towels provided were clean and dry. They change these on a...

The hotel has been recently done up and hence, the rooms and overall hotel was neat and clean. The breakfast was charged in the rent and @ Rs. 200 per head was very steep to say the least. As always, the service and the food quality was good.
