we stayed here late September 2021, check in was smooth and we were even escorted to our room. the rooms are lovely. all you need from an all inclusive. The pool areas are great, different pools for different moods, Dining was good, the restaurant layout was very good and well presented. the food was good, just dont go expecting A la Carte standard of food and dining though. You'll need to go out to some of the lovely restaurants if you are looking for a romantic meal. That being said the staff were great at clearing tables and keeping everything presentable, hot food was replenished well too. We only visited the beach nearby, it's just a short walk down to the sand, literally a couple of minutes. its a small beach but still nice once you get your spot. Reception staff were very friendly and super helpful when it came to recommendations and tips for heading out and about. We hired a car through reception and could not fault the service. THE SPA!!!, wow... we loved it.. this was the highlight for us. we visited twice it was that good. ALL the staff were so lovely, our Masseurs were Vaggelis, Stella and Amma. we could not fault them. We felt absolutely relaxed, all the products used during our time there smelled AMAZING and felt so good to use. if youre staying at the Arminda please use the spa. Overall we had a great time there and would consider coming back soon too.

We travelled as a family of 4 aged 40,38,7,6 for 12 days middle of October 2021. For the price we paid for 4 adults all inclusive for 12 days we were pleased with the hotel. The standard is what I would expect for an all inclusive hotel in Europe. If you have researched the hotel do not be put off by the negative comments, you will be happy with your choice. If you want to see my full review continue reading... The hotel has a basketball court, padel Court, 9 hole crazy golf, volleyball Court, outside table tennis, large chess pieces, playpark and gym. We had one of the newly decorated rooms facing the pool which was lovely. No complaints at all. Cleaning of the room excellent and done every day except Sunday. There was plenty of choice at the restaurant including various meats, fish, pastas, salads, chips etc. It is buffet style so kept warm via heat plates. Yes the food is not piping hot but I have yet to experience that when dining all inclusive in Europe. The staff at the restaurant keep the place spotless and remove dirty plates etc quickly. The hotel grounds, plants and hedgings are kept almost emaculate and you won't find any rubbish lying about. There are 5 swimming pools, non are heated. Top pool T shaped pool near basketball court. This was mainly used by adults and nice sun loungers around them. Middle pool which is the large round pool and beside it the small round baby pool with elephant slide. Waterpark and splash pools. Located beside the stage, main bar and spa. Bottome pool, rectangle pool with seats and Jacuzzis. Beware the pools are freezing! We are from Scotland and used to cold temperatures but these were very cold. I presume in the summer these will be fine but most people didn't last much longer than half an hour in them. That being said we had a blast at the water park. I have seen negative comments about plastic cups not being collected, coffee being rotten, beds uncomfy, staff unfriendly.... I can only say in our eyes totally untrue. We found all the staff friendly, they continually cleaned up after the guests who couldn't be bothered to lift their own used cups and the coffee was just like instant coffee...certainly not Starbucks hut drinkable. There is not really any night time entertainment so don't go expecting 5 star shoes or magicians etc. It's the kids entertainment team doing karaoke, quiz, games night etc. I'm lead to believe that the hotels either side filed a legal complaint regarding the noise as the stage is outside beside the pool, so they don't have any load music etc. I appreciate it is end of season and the hotel was closing until May due to lack of tourism but my only criticism ( I hope the hotel address) was a few issues around the bottom pool. The grass around the pool is long and over growing, broken sun loungers and umbrellas lying inside them, the volleyball pitch sand needs cleaned as it's full of sharp stones and the playpark is in need of astro grass or something as it was constantly dirty and overgrown. Some of the chess pieces are broken and the seats missing the seat part. Also not sure if it's because of covid, but the water machine in the gym isn't connected so you need to take water with you and the jacuzzi was not working. The gym also has no air conditioning so even at 8am it was roasting. I'm just being fussy but a day or two would sort the cleaning around the pool and sand and some. Investment with the playpark and air conditioning would really help to improve the appearance of the hotel, which is very good. Would I recommend this hotel and go back. For the price we paid absolutely.

Fabulous week at the Arminda hotel and amazing spa treatments at their Ageos spa. Maria is lovely, knowledgeable and so welcoming and friendly. My hubby and I had couples full body massages with Vaggelis and Stella in our first day, and these thoroughly set us up for the rest of the week: relaxing, enjoyable and worth the money!

This hotel is more Family with kids orientated, The staff was friendly and helpful, especially bartender at votsalo bar ( Spiros ) was very professional, very friendly and made our experience much better. Downside is that there is not entertainment at all. The food in the restaurant was excellent, however the snacks in the snack bar was too dry most of the times. Overall the experience was good, but like I mentioned before it is more Family with kids hotel.
