Although Radisson branded, this property is actually a franchise, operated by Spitsbergen travel, in turn part of Hurtigruten- ultimately they control a lot of the accommodation, eateries and activities in Longyearbyen.

First of all you have to understand that this place is nearly at the North Pole! Of course it's expensive! But it's amazingly good comfortable warm and staff r helpful and knowledgeable. Great base for tours trips and expeditions. Highly recommended on Spitzbergen.
Perhaps one should not complain about the lack of plushness in a hotel so close to the North Pole, but if one pays an arm and a leg for a small room, the value for money is seriously questionable, given the Radisson name. No toiletries,...More
Hi. Being a typical non veg...i just glanced at the rest of the menu ! I do think there was a veg section. But te staff are so friendly & obliging- i think they would oblige if you could wait a bit or pre order.
