It is said that small extra touches make all the difference, well Villa Farm has plenty of these. We were greeted on arrival by Stephanie who was very friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. Our room which was spotlessly clean ,was a good size with a nice big comfortable bed.It had all the in room facilities you could ask for,a bulging...

I stayed here for 2 nights while checking out the ancestors in the local area. I have stayed at many B&B's over the years and this one is up there with the very best. Meticulous attention to detail is the hallmark of Villa Farm - Stephanie and Dudley have gone to a great deal of trouble to see that their...

We decided to stay at Stephanie's B & B as it looked fabulous on her website - and it certainly is. Our room was superb, with a double aspect looking out onto the garden. In fact, one of the windows was close to a tree with nesting collared doves - it was delightful to witness the two chicks in their...

We were recommended this B&B by a friend. It was virtually unfaultable. and just a couple of miles off the A1066 We are both vegetarian for health reasons, and can honestly say that Stephanie prepared for us the best vegetarian food we have ever had in any hotel or restaurant. It was interesting, good quality, fresh, nicely presented and Nutritious....

We have visted numerous times when relatives of ours have stayed over. The owner Steph is happy to prepare meals for relatives of guests along with the guests...

We were travelling up into Norfolk from London and stopped over at this delightful farm B&B. Very attentive hostess, beautiful modern spacious house, delightful room, lots of little things like fresh milk in a guest's fridge. Breakfast order placed the night before saying exactly what you would like, how served and when.... and excellent quality. Free wifi though had to...

A very comfortable two night stay in Villa Farm. The room (and ensuite) were of a good standard: clean and presentable. The room was cosy and well decorated, with a view of the gardens. Stephanie was attentive throughout our stay, offering us directions and recommending restaurants in Diss. She cooked us a delicious breakfast and made us feel at ease....

This was our second stay at Villa Farm and it seems to get better. Stephanie is the hostess with the mostest. Our room was very comfortable with a king size bed and lovely views of the garden. If you want peace and quiet then look no further. We requested dinner on both nights and was not dissapointed as they were...

We staye here the night before a funeral, and were kindly and well look after throughout our stay. The room was large and very comfy, and blissfully quiet. The breakfast is superb; we also had dinner. There was no choice about what we got, but is was so good, with lovely fresh veg and very tender beef, that it was...

“The kingsize bedroom is the best as it is the quietest. The single room has a thin wall and you can hear other guests TV/phone if the room nextdoor is occupied.”
